Thank you mam this video has answered few of my questions. I had to do scaling 3 years back as all my front teeth had started paining, and doctor had given me few medicines and adviced me for scaling every 6 months or at least yearly. I am a very lazy person. But I like to take care of my self naturally. So, started finding out ways to keep my oral bateria' s in check. I read about Alum trust me it worked. Initially I started brushing my teeth with alum powder alongwith my normal Toothpaste twice a day. For atleast 15 days and then stopped. Now I brush my teeth twice a day and only brush my teeth with alum once or twice in a month. Believe me it's three years now my teeth doesn't pain anymore.
So, you can gargle with alum and Luke warm water too. If you have tonsil stone.
But Note: Do not use alum for long term as it can remove good bacteria from your mouth which again is not good.

@@shalinigupta3295 regular usage of alum is not safe. Brush with alum powder alongwith toothpaste at least twice a week for 7 days then stop. On first day itself you will find the results. Note: try not to brush the tongue with it, brush only teeth. After that use for 2 to 3 days when it pains or u hv sensation. That is how I am managing. Hope it's useful for you too.

एक बार दांत खराब हो जाए उसे दोबारा सही नहीं किया जा सकता मगर अगले दांतों में रोग ना लगे उसे रोका जा सकता है
Nahi, ho sakta hai kafi had tak madam ne theek bola hai. Shurati- mid stage hai to 3 month follow Karo , 6 month mein 80-90 percent theek ho jata hai.
Oil pulling, gap between eating, salt water , sugar avoid kare ya straw ka use karein. Xylitol chewing gum ati hai.
