I am a Shiv Shakti devote, but I when I go to krishna or any other temple, i pray in the same devotion as i pray to Shiv Shakti, bcz i know all are one.

Om namah shivaya ki mala recitation kabhi kabhi Half an hour Tak chalti hai. I can feel the divine power beyond this world. This is the grace of Shiva. I have back pain so I sit in the chair. Without any mudra or aasan this Mahamantra works.

@@kerberose100 I can't say exactly what it is. But aagya chakra or vishuddha chakra me slight harkat malum padti hai. It depends upon the concentration. Kabhi kabhi agar family me ya mind me kuch problem ho to ek mala me bhi sahi Mann nhi lagta. Then I do reiki on my chakra. Jisase mai meri anxiety se bahar nikalti hu. Fir se mind track par aa jata hai. Ye ek saadhna ek din ki nahi hoti.
Guys believe me i felt that energy:- when I was in kota for jee preparation I used to go to bhitriya kund(temple) near chambal river every morning.. I used to bath at the river first and then worship in shiva linga..
It really gives energy.. You will feel complete different person in some months.

Once I went to mahakaal...I was actually shattered from within at that time..my soul was bleeding.. my heart was crying and from outside I was pretending to be normal... When I sat in the mahakaleshwar temple... As I went there after the first lockdown, we weren't allowed to do puja at shivling... So, I sat there near the stairs with my father... And I said in mind- bholenath my soul is bleeding my heart is injured I don't know what to do, heal me god please, you're my father you know what I'm going through... When I said this is mind and with closed eyes... Tears started rolling down.. and I saw a light in my third eye chakra and suddenly i saw a picture of lord Shiva,his damru and snake which I had never seen before in my entire life...and I don't really know what came over me that every voice every sound and everything going around me... I stopped hearing each and everything... I felt numb... I experienced myself going inside me... I don't know what it was but I felt I was actually connected to Lord Shiva at that point.. you can feel his energy when you try to connect to him with all your heart, mind and soul.. Har Har Mahadev

@@mishasingh5757 see I'll explain everything..if you find it out of context than you may ignore it..
Firstly healing takes time... it may even take years in some cases... In November this year, it will be around 2 years to have experienced it... And I can say I have come out of that pain... What I feel is that sometimes I get triggered but you can say 80% of the healing is done.. but still I need to balance my chakras
Secondly, regarding the directions..
That experience was like going in myself.. that you can call as meditation.. knowing myself.. after the above mentioned incident also, I got a dream where I saw a Shiva Parvati picture in a temple and being still in dream I got experienced the same thing..that is going inside myself..so may be that was an indication again to start practising meditation.. I have had a lot of Shiva dreams in those past 2 years.... I am a Shiva devotee since my childhood but due to those experiences, I kind of stopped doing puja etc.. but after getting Shiva dreams over and over again I started doing puja again in May this year and also fasting on Mondays.. and I feel the kind of person I was a few months back is completely changed now.. I have transformed in every aspect I swear... I chant Om namah shivaya during anytime in the day, doing anything I like..
My life that was stuck since 2 years has Started moving in forward.. very slow and small steps but I'm very glad that it has atleast started moving in some direction...
@@mishasingh5757 what has helped me the most is practising gratitude.. I used to sit near shivling and used to thank Shiva for everything.. literally everything that I have ever experienced in my life.. I used to say..jo diya uske liye thankyou, jo nhi diya uske liye thankyou, jo deke le liya uske liye thankyou, itne baar giri uske liye thankyou, mere girne pr aapne uthaya uske liye thankyou etc..
I did this for 21 days.. and I feel that was a seed for my healing.. after that only I started healing..
I had experienced downfall continuously and in every aspect of my life.. personal professional health everywhere..
But you know I got to know that the experience that was hurting me the most happened that bcoz the intentions of the other person were not good for me.. when I came to know this , I started crying.. I sat near shivling and said that I'm sorry I was cursing myself,my destiny, you, my karmas and literally everything but the truth is that you were protecting me...
I am a great devotee of Shiv but i never had dreams or felt any energy, also i am not at a good place in my life, very stressed and felt the same way you described but I am not able to feel any energy or dreams. I keep fasts too and go to mandir everyday. It's just very painful for me
And after that there was no looking back.. it took a lot of time for me to come out of those things but you know what I feel is that all those experiences happened to force me to come into spirituality, about which I was unaware before..
I'm still working on myself.. on my self esteem, on my thoughts, building my confidence again, have become more patient as a person.. though my growth can't be seen in the outer world but my inner self has completely changed..
Even today when I feel anxious or depressed or directionless, I just call him out for help.. and I'm blessed to say that yes he always responds to me.. I was a bit confused about my career So before sleeping, I asked him to guide me and got a dream as a answer..
Usually I visualise him and talk to him before sleeping.. and he always listens to me

I actually felt that praying to lord shiva gives us positive energy. A very good example of it is whenever we do puja in our house or temple or anywhere at last of it we tend to say "Har Har mahadev " i am sure enough to say that after saying "Har Har mahadev " we all feel a different kind of positive energy or happiness from inside.

I don't know what meditation and tantra sadhna is. What i know is the faith i have on mahadev that he is around me, his presence and feel keeps me alive in this materialistic world. I have found that bond and connection with him that i find in noone else. Om namah shivaay
Shivji is awesome. I have had situations where my train leaves in 30 mins, and my drive arrived 10 mins late... So now I have just 20 mins to reach the station, cross the bridge and catch the train.... I prayed through the journey and after I reached, the train had still not come in.... I had ample time to cross the bridge and catch the train. (This used to happen almost every other weekend when I travelled home. Yes, not really my drive 's fault... I used to run late - every time. But every time I used to be protected. With different trains.) I have many more better stories too... But this was a regular thing 🤣. Have improved now....

If what you are saying is true, then you are using your prayers for achieving very trivial things and in a way wasting your prayers.
Ask for higher things in your life if you think your prayers are getting answered
@@shoepm I'v asked for many things. Shivji always answers prayers. This was just a funny example. No prayer is wasted... Remembering the Lord for trivial things can also mean that you remember him always...

Although the observation about shiv bhakts being introverted and krishna bhakts extroverted may be true for those people ranveer met in his life. But this cant be said in general. There are countless examples of extroverted shiv bhakts. Most kings of rajputana and maratha empire were shiv bhakts and hardly introverted. Lord krishna himself was a shiv bhakt.

Marathas and Rajputs have been shiv bhakts agreed. But the point is you cant really go into the past and find out which whether a ruler was extroverted or introverted... rulers might have carry different personalities in personal and private lives . I say this because, over the past few months of shiv bhakti, I've seen a shift in my behaviour, I used to be highly extroverted, now I'm turning quieter and tend to keep things to myself

Even in shastras, it is said that we should not worship big sized shivlings at the home or lord nataraj and the ferocious form of maa kali at home..it will lead to chaos in family..
In terms of yoga, such as kundalini is also a teachings of shivji..
Humans hav the power a much much much less than shivji in the form kundalini shakti, if one can awakes it..

I would like to make a correction about your point that shivji gave powers to maa parvati....no he never did that .....If you understand the entire mechanism....how maa parvarti found Shiva ....she had to do a lot of sadhna for that .......after being in the state of dhyana for ages she learnt about her powers and Maa kali symbolises awakening of her kundlini
@@ankitamahanti008 yes, Maa parvati did tremendous sadhana to awake her kundalini and also shivji guided her through her sadhana and she meditated none other then shivji in linga form bcoz yoga and kundalini is nothing but worshipping shivji..

If you read shiva purana, it is mentioned that when there was nothing there was lord shiva, and when there will be nothing still there will be shivaji..
Shivaji when thought of making the universe she created Maa shakti from his heart and thus both created the universe and told brahmaji, Vishnuji to create further on..

Because it requires dedication and patience. When it comes to your fav gods and seeking, the count is infinite. In a given day, you can simply do what you are capable of. When you dont have a guru, you have to consider the Lord himself as a transcendental guru and ask for guidance. Whichever Lord it maybe. Male, female, shiva, ganesha, a sacred tree or animal, whichever. As you become prayful, the connection gets stronger, you can feel it in your body, in your chest, a warmth or sensation, like that of goosebumps, and whatever guidance you ask, it will come to you as thoughts, ppl, events and in innumerable ways. But just don't set targets like 1.2 lacs in a day in the beginning itself and rush through. It is observed traditionally that 1.2 lacs is a huge number and by chanting that many times properly without mispronouncing or rushing a mantra, you eventually become prayful. For some, it maybe less, for others, it maybe more. Just don't fixate on anything. No rules. Only rule is your dedication and patience. For some, reaching 1.2 lacs is a confidence booster to meditate and chant further. If you are truly dedicated, you'll easily encounter problems and interruptions. These are signs you need to hold on to the lord's feet/grace and continue. As simple as that. But don't worry about interruption, distractions and losing connection with the lord. Interruptions can be your own surroundings, bad thoughts that controls your words during chanting and normal speech, something mystical like that of foul smell, events around you that disrupts your chanting. Just let them pass and you continue your daily routine and chanting as it is, again considering Lord shiva as your guru and guide through these things. At the end, for all that you did, just dedicate it to Lord Krishna, as he himself blatantly said, 'whatever good or bad happens, just do your thing and leave the consequences to me.' All those fixations, disruptions, interruptions and doubts will be taken care and your chanting ll see fruition. Just take a spoonful of water in your palm, preferably drinking or clean water and say 'Sarvam sri krishnarpanamastu' or 'i dedicate everything to lord sri krishna', whenever you finish your chanting practice for the day and gently offer it to the floor, at Krishna's feet, imagining all you did is taken care by him and your connection with Shiva is as strong as you expect it to.
