Broke WNBA records and the first triple double by a rookie 🎉 She broke so many WNBA records in her first year
What a whirlwind year it's been for Caitlin, so many haters were rooting for her to fail, but she had other plans. With the adversity she faced all season and the vitriol and bullying she contended with, she powered through it and came out the other side as the best point guard in the league. If they can pick up a good forward such as Nneka, Dearica Hamby, Satou, etc. they could be a contender as soon as next season.
I would like to shout out Iowa media's player prep team. If you watch the WNBA this season and see Caitlin and Kate Martin you hear positive messages. The WNBA needs to take that model and implement it to the teams. I did like the comparison of the Caitlin Clark hood being used to create the narrative... because that is what I saw all season. The backlash against Caitlin was undeserved and her response was ignored by many to feed the narrative.
Caitlin has been mistreated and under appreciated, she doesn’t deserve any of the criticism and hate that is being directed at her. She has million of fans from all ethnicities, age and social groups. We love her and we are so proud of her ♥️

The year was a big disappointment. She was treated so badly. The WNBA doesn't deserve her (and some others).
I'm now waiting to see how the "new" Iowa girls do.
