Ive never seen another video where the creator is so intimate with their audience. Not intimate in a sexual way, but in a way in which they genuinely care and actually want to share their pain to show that the viewer is not alone. This was such a personal video and it was so beautiful and genuinely both inspiring and comforting. Thank you grace 💛

These simple words have helped me so much. Have helped me realize that anxiety is just twice the suffering. I'm still anxious, and feel sick every time I have the possibility of seeing other people, but I'm sitting with my pain. Telling people that I'm in pain.
It'll be okay. Maybe not now, tomorrow, or within this week.. but one day.

I love the disclaimer of pain being no more or less than anyone else’s. I’ve dealt with emotional pain for the last 8 years of my life, and a suppressed autoimmune system attacking itself rapidly for the last 2 or 3. both are pains not easily visible to the naked eye, so many people don’t believe I struggled with it. so I appreciate the belief that no matter how small or big someone’s pain is, it’s still valid.

I decided to go to therapy recently bc I found myself coping with pain in self destructive ways. I’ve been harboring pain for so long that finally recognizing it, put me in such a dark dark darkkkk place. But having access to videos like this, easy to access, is the reason why we who go through these transgressions are able to remain centered and true to ourselves even when we don’t think we can. Thank you grace for this. This will be played over and over again.
You are so far ahead just from your acknowledgement of self destruction and recognizing it isn't helping you, but in fact harming you... I want to acknowledge you for doing this. I am so proud of you and the steps you are taking to better yourself... already halfway there... you did the hardest thing, acknowledging the self destructive ways... but remember- we all cope in the ways we know how in the moment... it's a new moment....
