He was in shock for about 6 months after the trip. Slowly he started to realise the extent and magnitude of his journey and came to the realisation, it was the most amazing and important experience of his life. Now, whenever we get together, he often reminisces about the incredible sights and memories. Having said all that, it was a once in a life time journey/experience for him. Not to be repeated as the years pass for him and the weird Covid lives we all experience now.
