I think 14 year olds having an intense awareness of trends, aesthetic, presenting an image etc. is a negative thing tbh. Everyone deserves to have a phase of just expressing themselves with no worry about being cringe which a lot of teens don’t have anymore. It’s so sad :(
@@pho3nix- i think it's just the breadth of things makes it worse. in the 50's everything popular would be in magazines or the few tv channels. now you have niche parts of the internet and you feel the need to know every inch of it.

i love her so much. no one's music has energy like charli's. when brat came out it empowered me to go out again and see my friends again when i had been isolating myself. i remembered how much fun i had dancing to pop 2 or the vroom vroom ep in college & how much feral crazy fun her shows always were. and i love how she's kept the party spirit inside of her all this time.
If someone is a bitch, just smile and laugh. Now you have an anecdote to tell people. And maybe the person was having a bad day and the next time you meet they will be remorseful and more friendly and think highly of you for forgiving their poor behavior. If not then you have more to add to the anecdote.
At 17:03, when she said, " I would love to you know ..like have a pop up CHAAAAAIIIRRR" that sounded British and Indian at the same time, lol! The accent being English and the expression being Indian,

nice collab, however emma agreeing with everything does make it a bit boring, one sided view. Not sure if it could come from trying to please the guest or they just actually have not thought of different ways, dynamics of one topic/opinion could be :D Still, glad this happened!
What a genius. This confirms everything. Bibi says the same thing - she says to write for Twice she removes all mirrors in order to vision. Truly genius stuff here. The big picture.

@@cathy4697 Billie doesn’t do music production she just sings and helps write songs. He wrote and produced Ocean Eyes and just had billie sing on it they talk about it in an interview. That’s the reason she blew up because of that song. If it wasn’t for her brother she wouldn’t be who she is today. He was making music long before her. @@Non-nt6pr this reply makes more sense than your first comment where you essentially said Billie does nothing but sing. Finneas also produces for so many other artists including himself and none of them have Billie's it factor, including his own music, so it's safe to say that she has a huge say in curating her sound even in the production process. Finneas is great but don't use him to undermine Billie's talents
@@cathy4697 likability plays a bigger role than talent. There are thousands of artists who are more talented than Billie that will never get the fame she has. Her voice is great but there are thousands of other artist who sound like her or better.
Hmm but 12 yr olds shouldn’t be thinking that though, no need to be all put together at that age! It makes me sad, it takes all the fun out of being a a kid and a teen, that’s where experimenting and not being a normy is at its peak, don’t be a mini adult, boring… poor kids those are the best years to not give a damn about anything and don’t worry about how you should present yourself and be perceived, it’s all crap in the end anyway and one day you’ll look back and say why didn’t I do more, rebel more, expressed myself more, etc. it’s the biggest regret people have at the end of their lives so we gotta do it and at any age really, but the earlier the better. Being “cool” is so over rated. It’s actually not cool at all.
@@simianec4507not sure what that has to do with anything, but no, WILLIAM Shakespeare was not a woman. In fact, women weren’t even allowed to be in his plays. Both Romeo and Juliet were men.

yes what she's saying is so so toxic and sad. How it is today it's just a social media zombie apocalypse

@deniseene9090 social media is just so ridiculously harmful to children but it's so difficult for them to realistically avoid it
