That’s hilarious!!!! I know what you mean, though. I got back into makeup this past summer and bought like 7 different foundations! Mind you, I only really wear it for church and special events which is at most once a week on average!🥴 I don’t need to buy nothing else!
It does look great on you. I think because it’s sheer coverage, although the color is a little light, the depth of your own complexion is peeking through leveling out the color of the foundation.
This is so gorgeous… I have been planning to purchase this foundation…I have the original #DoubleWear however as I age I feel as if full coverage/ matte foundations do me no favors. On your filming location…do what is comfortable for you …love your videos and here to support your channel.
I'm glad that you came around to Estee. I like DW and I need to try this one. It isn't matte matte. It leaves a beautiful finish when you can find the right color. It helps with matching my neck and chest. It DOESN'T TRANSFER!!!

I wanted to try something new for backup foundation so one of the ladies recommended this at Ulta today and I was floored at how good it looks on me I have the Double Wear 24hr. Stay in place and the 16hr Sheer both are Phenomenal I have 7N1 Deep Amber it feels like nothing is on my face it's so light just proper hotness 🥰💃🏾tomorrow will be my trial of how long it lasts I will be at a event all day so we'll see but for 6hrs today it was gem.And I didn't look casket ready 😊😆
I have the original of this foundation and the color sandalwood is a perfect match for me and is undoubtedly the best in terms of wear and color match, I will get the new formula based on how great this looks on you, thank you.
I’m surprised that Estée Lauder labeled it like that. They usually have a huge range, like 60, in their double wear line. Ulta does sell it too. The shade and finish looks great on you. 🥰

does the vanity area have natural lighting? The foundation looks great, i was surprised since when you first put it on I was like hmm, its giving ash, then it ended up looking amazing. hoping its at the CCO soon lol

When brands title colors like this “very deep,” and the shades stop there, I assume that they simply don’t want to consider women of color with rich complexions, so I don’t consider them when spending my money! Any cosmetic company CAN be as inclusive as they wish to be with their shades, so those who are so limited are sending “us” a message as far as I’m concerned. So, be it a very small drop in the bucket, they don’t get my coin!
