Hi chris how can we append complex surfaces or join surfaces in powershape ? i saw a old video clip about this function but this function is not doing in all model
The functionality is still there. The rule here is that the adjoining surfaces must have the internal lateral’s and longitudinal curves line up with each other. They also need to be converted to “Power Surfaces”. Here is an article with a video showing this append tool: knowledge.autodesk.com/support/powermill/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-append-multiple-surfaces-into-a-single-surface-using-PowerMill-Modelling-or-PowerShape.html
Hi Cesar. You can visit the PowerMill Forum: forums.autodesk.com/t5/powermill-forum/bd-p/280, but I doubt you will find any actual training manuals there. The other free training spots is at the Advanced Manufacturing Hub: learn.manufacturing.autodesk.com/, but the training there is pretty basic and meant to get the user up to speed. I am not aware of any books for training PowerMill other than training manuals that resellers provide for a training class. We can provide some training to get an individual or a company to this type of level. If you are interested, let me know and I can send you a quote for an online session tailored to what you require.
please make a play list for powermill for beginners

Great information, thanks you Chris
Great !
good luck 👌🏻👍
This is a disaster compared to Mastercam. You need separate software to edit/create geometry? Pathetic.
