@@WalidsJourney there are consumer courts in Pakistan n if you have receipt court will accept hand written application n send notice to the shop owner if shop owner failed to compensate you so always demand receipt but barbers don't give any receipt but there was case in paper I read a women sued the parlor bec she got skin problems don't know she was compensated or not but the whole process is free for the person who is the victim

And they only charged you an extra 800 because whilst they was giving you the hair cut they must of realised you can afford it.
