What a superb restoration of a great looking timepiece. Appreciate the attention to detail, especially when it comes to setting the hands and the accuracy (as best as possible)..to spec. To me, thats an important aspect to a restoration..The Timegraph tells it all.!! Kudos again.. merci
I like to do things properly so it is important to set everything as close as possible to the optimal point
@@FrenchWatchCollector Your precise and accurate hand job is on the level of a brain surgeon
great video id love to own a breitling ...
Excellent job. Always admire how you can remember where which small intermediate wheel goes, which spring goes here and which part to put before the other one. I can manage no problem day date, three hander watches but chronos I avoid. So many levers, pushers all same shiny metal parts to me...😅
What is great with the 7750 is that you can find a lot of technical documentation and videos to help you if needed. It is like assembling an ikea furniture a bit 😅
Nice work! When I fixed my Super Avenger I removed the Chronograph minute spring, now I see you can leave it in :)
Hey, I noticed that you measure this movement (and some others on your channel) on the timegrapher with a lift angle of 52°. Valjoux 7750 has a lift angle of 48°. You can change the setting on you timegrapher for a more accurate measurement. will definitely result in different results for the amplitude. the "watchguy lift agle list" is great to find the right lift angles for the particular movements.
great work, keep it up.
Omega list the 1150 which is basically a 7750 as 50° too haha, such a small difference tbh it doesn’t really matter that much, especially when it come to rate
Like most ETAROTOR movements the winding clutch is a bit fragile and thus it is hard on these movements to continually hand-wind them. Yes, it is normal for the Heuer-type drive pinion to just float in there; it is tipped back and forth to engage and disengage the chronograph drive. These movements were made so they could be easily assembled by trainees but they do require a good amount of attention to the alignment of the levers to operate properly.
10/10 👏
😉: 👏👌👍🤫! Although each part(! - no "s") of this watch - apart from the movement - looks like it was designed in a brothel. But that is Breitling for you ...
Time is a dead god Cronus 💐🌑👍 Rest in the good news 🌷 okay bye
I must be part bull because that color really triggered me. Had to look at some blue, black, white and silver ones to reset my retina. Nice video though. ✌

Thank you for the video. Another great one as usual. Beautiful dial on the Breitling. However their cases in my opinion leave something to be desired Anyway. Thank you again. Is that a Bergeron 7720 oiler you were using to oil the train pivots?
great job, congrats, now, where do I can get the instructions for this 7750? it is like a blue print to folow? thanks a lot, God bless you
You can go to cousin uk in the document section or just type eta 7750 technical sheet on google
Hello, I have a problem with this same watch.
Basically the watch runs very regular if left on the table. But when I put it on the wrist it starts to run, and in a couple of hours it gains minutes. What should it be?
Probably something is loose in your watch if start not working while on the wrist. Maybe some play at the barrel arbor. Difficult to say
Bonjour.
Bon travail
@@FrenchWatchCollector Je m'attendait à cette réponse. D'accord merci :) que Dieu me protège XD
What a rough looking movement. No decoration whatsoever. This watch was made during Breitling's most dire times.
@@FrenchWatchCollector True, but other manufacturers put their own spin on it. Decorate the movement, add some improvements etc. Breitling was almost bankrupt at the time and just plugged in the most basic piece they could get.
Dés gestes de boucher tu as peur !
👍
