He is using his Mom's Surname, and his father Paul Seperria was the lead guitarist for the band Rockstar back in the day. EZ MIL is gifted that he is multi talented when it comes to musical talents like his Dad. He grew up in the Philippines, particularly in the Olongapo City vacinity which he proudly mentions in the video 2 2 double o ( 2200 area code ) for 17 years, then he moved to the USA since 2015. Thanks for the reaction video. I've watched enough by now to know that the world doesn't know too much about the Philippines. That we are the 3rd largest speaking country in the world and just about everything speaks English in the Philippines. On top of that this song he sung it in 3 different languages - English, Tagalog and Ilokano. Love the song. Switching to Tagalog, back to English and Ilokano is hard. But most Filipinos do it seamlessly without effort. As evident with how EZ switched from one language to another with EZ (pun intended).

Thanks for the reaction video. I've watched enough by now to know that the world doesn't know too much about the Philippines. That we are the 3rd largest speaking country in the world and just about everything speaks English in the Philippines. On top of that this song he sung it in 3 different languages - English, Tagalog and Ilokano. Love the song. Switching to Tagalog, back to English and Ilokano is hard. But most Filipinos do it seamlessly without effort. As evident with how EZ switched from one language to another with EZ (pun intended).
