The MMA community is rather small, catching the attention of the fighters is pretty easy. It's cool when they respond to us but it's not out of the ordinary. I've had conversations with MVP, Miles Jury, Garry Tonon, Tank Abbott and Jeff Monson, among others, on social media. I even managed to help Southpaw MMA get a full interview with Monson.
These fighters are like us, they are only celebrities to us fans, we're not a massive group. That's why guys like Lucas, Guru and Joey have been able to tap into the MMA market and capitalize on creating content which helps keep fans engaged and hyped for upcoming events. There is still a lot of untapped potential for anyone getting into this market. It's crazy to think that Guru has damn near surpassed Luke Thomas at this point in subs in such a short amount of time, while not having any of his credentials. lol But it's a good indication of just how open the market is for this type of content.
Either way, it's cool Joey is catching their attention.

I watch all three of them so there is some entertainment and humor that I get from watching it, but I don't take it too seriously. lol
I think Chandler had the right of it, though. lol Just a bunch of keyboard warriors talking shit. lol Chandler has just been doing his job and continuing to promote a fight that has been postponed, mostly due to Conor filming and promoting Road House, while also recovering from a terrible injury. It's been a one-sided promotional journey for Chandler so far, so it's coming off as cringe, but he's kept people talking and engaged this entire time, even if it's been at his own detriment and reputation. lol Even bad media is good media, and he's kept people talking about it this entire time.

I used to like Chandler, he'd lose a lot, but he'd do exciting fights. All that momentum is gone with this two-year layoff. Nobody cares anymore. It's like when Adesanya beat Anderson Silva at the end of his career. Chandler might make a million, he'll probably win, but nobody cares. Ask the average MMA fan what they are excited about, and they'll say the UFC 300 fights. Mcgregor is going to embarrass Chandler in the press conferences, the fight isn't going to sell well, he won't admit it, but Chandler regrets these two years of his life.
