Hopefully this also means that specific ‘spread’ locations (bones, etc) can be specially identified and then efficiently targeted with radiation. Real game-changer. (Thus providing a benefit beyond locating the cancer).

When a PSMA report says there is a single nonenlarged right para-aortic lower abdominal lymph node which demonstrates radiotracer uptake and is concerning for metastatic disease can I assume it may not be as serious as a problem found by less sensitive scans?

While there many be many PSMA Pet imaging locations, it unclear if they have expertise in prostate cancer and can facilitate treatment.
