This is a good build for any strategy. A more boom macro build will make more workers, there were 26 for this one. A really solid build for the early and mid game. Because strelets need no coin that saves it up for making artillery units and cav later.
I think the 14 age up with food shipment might be better cuz you get less idle time. just move about 8-10 vils to wood during ageup till you can afford the blockhouse. sometimes you are short on ressources this way but its fast than yours :)
hey man, could you do a vid using the aztecs? i find they are really effective in a turtle using nobles huts shipments and especially the firepit, just send the one warrior preist card for 3 then use the firepit to get them till you max out at ten warrior preists.

I would say nations who don't like to be rushing and need to make a FF or semi-FF to counter Russia such as Ottomans (janissaries and abus guns can be easily defeated by strelets and cosacks) and they don't have so many settlers at the beginning of the game but if they reach age 3 and send mameluks, it's hard for a Russian player to counter that. Same thing with Spain until they make lancers but this is my opinion, I'm not the best player and actually, any civ can counter any other civ

You can definitely do that too! I had my 300 wood at the age up, I just didn't build it soon enough. The wood is for the strelets as well.
