I've been on my spiritual journey for a little under 5 years, and my greatest lesson so far has been acceptance of my light and shadows and those things in others. The shadows seem easier to handle and the light becomes often more glorious with more understanding and knowledge. Taking with you what you've become on your journey I believe is what's most important in the school of life. The subtle balancing act and refinement of the energy's is a beautiful thing to achieve. Thank you so much for your guidance. I have taken to healing meditation, to heal my ailments which makes me feel very depressed. During the past few months, ever since I started taking this path I feel 'different'. Many a material thing, my daily routine and actions that I regarded as '' not comfortable, risky, not useful to me, have changed and I am more confident and less stressed, and calm with my life. Even some of my food- tastes have become refined, I see this as a progress in my life. My health issue shows a marked improvement, but not healed fully. There are moments when I feel rather depressed and wonder if I am in the correct path of meditation. But, then, I pick up and trust myself with the strong belief that I will be completely healed one day. Thank you again.
Dreams and dreams. In finnish we have two words unelma = some view we dream to accomplish in life and uni = nighttimes dreams. By being conscious we can turn events in this dream for the better. By learning and understanding. By being present. Maybe thats not truly possible before we admit the wastness of the universe and our counsciousness as a part of a whole. And surrender to that all. We are small pieces in the infinity yet part of a great joyingfully beautifull whole with its all aspects. This is a dance of masculine and feminine, we shall put pur feet to the dance with tactfullness and humbleness🙏🏻

I agree with the first part of this video…everyone’s path is distinct and we evolve at very different rates. Writing someone off because they are not “evolving” fast enough for you, is not justice nor is it a compassionate action. Souls evolve I God’s timing…not human timing.

Love this ❤ I've been on my journey for 7 months. Leaving a abusive husband. I've been working on me and it's liberating. Things aren't perfect. I live in my mom's unfinished basement. Lost my car and don't have a whole lot of money but in my intuition I know things will be okay so I'm hanging on and just choosing to be positive in all of it. One thing that's truly help me is listening to. I am statements all night and also writing them down. Thanks for letting me share😊
