The way you explain pronunciation for foreigners is remarkable. You break down every single sound and this make things easier for us to emulate. I've studying English for many years because I enjoy it and I still learn new things with both of you. Thanks!
I am grateful to Teacher Kevin and Liza for learning more and more knowledge of English pronunciation, vocab, phrasal verbs ,and expressions etc., with you, Thank you again!
I love these short videos that address common mistakes. I'm pretty fluent in English but that the second "f" in fifth is silent was total news to me! How embarrassing! 😂
I’ve learned English by myself from the book and recently on many different TH-cam English lessons , but this is the first time I learn this useful pronunciation. Thanks for your amazing tips
Hi Kevin. I love your videos and admire you. Here is my question. Do you think that it requires a talent for a foreigner to speak English with a strong American accent? I have the same issue but don't know how to benefit from it. I listen closely to other people's English around and can't see anyone could do the same
@@jallan9578 I have no reason to challenge Kevin's pronunciation .For one thing he is an American teacher, for another thing he teaches us colloquial speech.

I live in Texas and it is difficult to distinguish between thirteen and thirty when native Texans speak.
Thanks for sharing. You look younger than a 50 year old guy.

Is the F silent in the word twelfth?
I ‘v just reviewed the word fifth in Long Dictionary, It said f is not silent
There's no ''TwelFTH'' it's TwelF with no TH

No, it is not silent

I find it hard to pronounce "th" at the end of a word.
But! Is it wrong to pronounce it (fifth)?
In Telugu, we cannot pronounce 'FITH', if we pronounce, everyone surely laughs.
I've been mispronouncing fifth my whole life 😁
My whole smartphone is in saliva, why did you come up with such an uncomfortable sound?
