THANK YOU MISTER DAVE FOR MAGIC MOMENT . AND GENTLEMAN BOY STEVE 👦 💙 👏 ❤. HELLO MY BOY IN DE SKY , FOREVER IN MY HEARTH .🙏⚘⚘⚘❤ From Belgium on mamy 🤲⚘⚘
Hey guys. My thoughts on the song? Yep that did it for me. From my era and a very nice pleasant song and well played. By the by Roger Black, I have a passion for trains and jukeboxes. In my younger years I had a big collection of Marklin trains and my dad left me a Wurlitzer jukebox complete with the 78rpm records. Eat your heart out son. well done guys.
Hi Steve & Dave I love harmonies & you guys have played heaps of them it is a superb duet song & sound excellent as an instro All the best & thumb's up Ric
The subdued second guitar part is beautifully thought out, gentlemen (and largely from original duet vocal?); and mixed to perfection. Your attention to the style of the period from where this originates is impeccable, and is very convincing. Listening into the string arrangement is an eye-opener. This kind of expertise is long gone except in the work of a very few movie score writers. Really enjoyed your take on this piece of yesteryear, kind regards, Roger.
2322Hoover Hi Roger thanks for your very nice comment its nice to meet up with Dave, he does the harmony part very well and also handles the production side of things. a very talented man
Hi Guys. You know my name by now Dave. I watch all your videos as they come on line. You both both sound GREAT together too, so Why don't you join Steve on Stage, Live with the band, "The Wannabe Shadows". You WILL be GREAT Dave. Wishing You both well together, De Ray H Davidson aka M0RAY, a Photographer from Milton in Sittingbourne.
Hi Guys, You both did a great job on that song. Saw Frank Sanatra in Vegas and am sure he'd say the same thing if he was still around. ~~ Karen Calypte P.S. You both have nice smiles goin' on there.
Hi Karen thanks for the kind words, we had a lot of fun making these. Must have been amazing to see Frank Sinatra in concert, one of the true legends the like we will never see again.
Hi fellows ! Nice rendition and collaboration. I take advantage of this message to let you know that I have left Belgium definitively and I'm now settled near Castelnaudary in southern France (the region of the cassoulet... ;-o]] ) I hope to see more of your videos fruit of your friendly collaboration. Cheers, Marc
Marc Vander Linden Hi Marc nice to hear from you. Wow the South of France, assuming your weather is substantially wamer than ours is at present. We will hopefully be doing more every now and then, its finding the songs that work as harmonys is the tough part.
terry brain Hi Terry thanks its always nice to meet up with Dave, I think I was Nancy, im still recovering from the trauma as we speak lol all the best
Sugarooney !!! lol This is definitely not my cup of tea guys . I was wondering where Dave has been this last few days and all now is revealed . This song for me is a real stinker .Very sickly to the extreme and as I dislike Frank Sinatra as well it`s never going to do it for me in any case . I feel you guys have sold yourselves short here as there must be so much better out there than this lump of sugar . I hope you come back next time with a decent number as you`ve done in past . I notice although it`s yourself that uploaded it Steve ,rather than Dave , the crime scene is in Dave`s living room ! lol So as far as I`m concerned it`s Murder Polis ! ..The blue lights are most definitely on their way down the Essex highway. lol I`m going to pour myself a dram now .........need it badly , Roger
Roger Black Hi Roger, thanks for your comment, I get its a bit like Marmite, I personally thought it came out ok, least we didn't do the Robbie Williams version lol. Try a nice Brandy that will calm you down lol all the best.
Not my tipple Steve ,it`s Malt Whisky or Gin & Tonic .Bit cold for the G&T`s up here just now ( minus 3 ) I prefer Robbie`s one to old blue eyes but song is a right stinker so you`ll never win me with that one . I`d lose street cred in old days if I`d liked that one and feel much the same now . Def one for the crinklies & sugaroonies . Must ask you how`s it going at the local polis station . Hope it`s nice cuppa you and Dave are getting .I think you`ll need to do a nice instrumental like say Pipeline for your release ! lol

Hola Stive muchas felicidades exelente Cover tendrás el baking track y los TAB amigo 😊🎸🎸👏🏻👏🏻👌🏻
Such a rich tone of your blye Stratocaster!
Guitar 34 Hi Thanks for your nice comment, I think its a combination of the tonerider pickups and the zoom g3.
Steve Reynolds I think the main importance is the guitar itself.
Steve Reynolds You put tonerider or guitar already has been with them?
