I pretty sure it was the Archive itself that took that song data from Vivy. That or someone else took over the Archive and used that to extract that song data. In any case, I don't think the Archive is considered a safe place anymore.
I like this idea. Containing data created from an AI when such a precedent has never happened could be seen as some irregularity. As an AI archive, it got distributed to the others resulting in the chaos. It may be Kakitani is rearing his head one last time (didn't he do the "human become AI-ish" route). Would make a full circle.
One thing you might have missed or not understood at least how i got it. Is that the "recap" you mention, it's not for recap, aside the piano song being cute and all, try to listen to it carefully and watch the scenes, the song is crafted to interprete the feelings of the image that's happening at the time, try listening to it again but thinking of the scene itself and how the music transcribes it to you.
Thanks for the video! Honestly, when she started composing, I was fairly certain it would play a part in the future war...when Matsumoto said "data" I was certain. Her pose was the same pose as in the first episode when the older guy (presumably an older Matsumoto) uploaded the Singularity Project into her. Can't believe the next ep is the last one! Too short of a series but so much better than I expected!
An AI making music on its own without any direct help from human is revolutionary, maybe that's the reason why AI began to rebel? Also saw a comment from the other video: _"Her song was made with decades of experiences and traumas behind it, other AIs haven't reached that state of autonomy that Vivy has, so they probably go haywire processing the song data."_

The ai archive is open to all AIs, its a repository where every ai can store and pull data from.

in the pevious episodes the ai matsumoto said that he took on the name of his creator so im not convinced yet that hes actually Matsumoto
