Hi am from south India Pondicherry. The leaves seems to be Tarro tuberose. In India arrowroot tuberose leaves are not the same. Please explain me. And is it can propagate by seeds?

Its what is called Taro just like everthing in africa its very big compared to the small ones in germany from thailand its very tasty and a piece can weigh 4kg
