Dynamics in classical music are great, but volume on the other hand is so annoying. It’s so quiet, gotta turn it up, then it’s BLASTING!!!!!!! for 5 seconds.
Rossini, ever so joyful music, so full of vibrant life. Temirkanov, a Circassian - fluid, non exaggerated movements. No frantic, frenetic gestures - and always with a smile on his face.
What's amazing is that such joyful music was composed by a dour, melancholic, anxiety ridden man. I think the psychological seams show in the overwhelming crescendo's and stretta's of his work.
Perhaps my favorite single piece of music. Rossini obviously draws from Mozart and Beethoven but he makes it fresh and almost pop. Just great stuff, and superbly delivered by maestro and orchestra. Bravo.
Rossini is about one generation off of Mozart specifically with the generation between him and Mozart being the most influential on the style Rossini mastered by the 18teens. It was led by composers like Johann Mayr, Ferdinando Pear, Niccolo Zingarelli, Luigi Mosca, and many others. Rossini did a number on many of them and ruined careers due to his meteoric rise and incredible popularity. He pretty much wiped out thier whole generation. However, Rossini was exposed to a lot of Mozart and Haydn's music at an early age and was certainly influenced by them as well. By the way, you want to talk Mozart influence, Mayr was a notorious Mozart "borrower". You can hear parts of tune's lifted directly from Mozart's opera's and inserted into Mayr's works frequently. He's a great post-Mozart, proto-Rossinian composer of Italian opera and highly recommended if you enjoy the style of Rossini and Mozart. He was Donizetti's teacher/mentor as well.
De las Muy Bellas Todas interpretaciones del Barbero de Sevilla la que más me gusta és la Vuestra...! Excelente...! Reciban un cariñoso saludo, Carlos Arturo.😊
@@hamzasabneh2115 I loved seeing Tom descend into the hole of darkness after seeing his evil face get fucking bowling balled trying to run over og jerry
i like how he put literally no effort into conducting at certain times and the sound was still immaculate. one of my favourite pieces of music that i forgot for a while, but came back to in the last few days, and this is certainly my favourite interpretation of the piece!
В 70-е годы мне я много раз раз ходила в Большой зал Консерватории (Ленинград), где он был вторым после Мравинского дирижером. Молодой, красивый харизматичный , с потрясающей энергетикой дирижер. Это был праздник для души.
That was just him giving the basses a queue for dynamic shifts, there's no way that every single bass was playing too loud at the same time on accident.
Ahh! The Great Rossini!! Never gonna lie , But The way William Hannah ,Fred Quimby used this masterpiece in the cartoon rather say Legendary cartoon of Tom and Jerry's Legendary episode :- Kitty Foiled ,Man just hats off just wow!!🤩🤩✨👏🏆
Mr. T is up there amongst the very best. Beautiful musical results every time. Not least of all is the quite wonderful interpretation on Rachmninoff 2 with the equally wonderful Yuja Wang. How I would love to get to a concert with such stars.
02:00 that guy just smiled + best part 💕

The writing of this piece is genius, especially the dynamics.

A whole generation was introduced to classical music from watching Looney Tunes. Great job.
More than just one.
Can see large bowling ball being dropped on Tom the cat to this tune,,,

Who was that dude from Amadeus movie? You know the one that poisoned him and then regretted it. How did he rank among those you mentioned?
@@pedrotrejo8118,
The composer was Salieri, who really did not murder Mozart.
This is the favorite piece of music of many people. It's really beautiful .
Rossini always made a break to stir the Sunday gravy !

The absolute best I've heard on TH-cam...by far!
They actually accent the accented notes! So many conductors/orchestras just gloss over those.
