- ‘Biebrza - The European Amazon’ is a poetic film about the four seasons of the River Biebrza’s wildlife. Protected by the biggest national park in Poland, the Biebrza River and its wetlands are some of the most important nature refuges in Europe. From spring to winter, from the arrival of the migrating geese to a sad scene of a sea eagle devouring an elk killed by the cold, this film shows the secret life of Biebrza Valley’s animals. A unique story about the fates of its characters - mammals, birds, amphibians, insects and fish - is shown in a way not seen before.

So...you think of Nature as something separate from you. How strange. You are only here at all because of millions other organisms evolving and interconnected.
Nature doesn't know its beautiful nor does it care, that is only true in your experience of life. Life is the most beautiful part of nature. But, I wouldn't really make a distinction between the two. They're pretty synonymous.

Lol the US passed a bill that arrests and charges anyone that kills a bird that’s not a game bird and in season and they get charged with a felony!! Other country’s kill what ever moves to eat it or captures endangered birds and Ananias’s for pets!!

Germany: we used to have white storks too, but then we needed more farmland and more industrial areas... besides the noise of those frogs and the roadkills every year.... nature sure but not on our turf.
Me: im glad that the storks found a good refuge in poland.

I don't know why they keep calling it an elk. That is very clearly a moose. I love nature docs but I also think it's really important that the creators get their information correct.

As is so typical of documentaries on TH-cam, the so-called background sounds over power the narrators' descriptive at key moments. And the directors are too full of themselves to remedy this shortcoming. 👎 Navel gazing is more rewarding than listening to this noise pollution.
Yes @kathyschwartz4998, the score may be beautiful, but I did not come here to be serenaded by a fucking concert. Not unlike the idiom which says: "Some people come here to sit and think, I came here to shit and stink."
