Floor 1 has a mushroom event that give u one of 3 pets that give u 5 str or dex or int. Pair it with a trait that give 300% stat gain, that is 20 stat.
One suggestion I have for Dragoon would be a fun little weapon upgrade similar to Broken Hero Sword. Defeating a Dragon with your starting weapon could imbue it with Dragonfire and when +4 upgraded it becomes Dragonhunter’s Lance with a periodic effect that breathes a cone of fire.
The accessories which offer bonus damage for evilness and goodness also double damage against dragons. This plus "all enemies are considered dragons" breaks the game most wonderfully.
Welp, finally bought this game yesterday and now I'm _very_ glad I did. This really satisfies my need for finding games with that "just one more run" mentality.
A floor one event of the other zone: for the rest of the run, if you start a floor without soul hearts, gain one. This is a proof that events, regardless of the floor, always can be good
that event isn't impressive though, if you even have 1 soul heart already there is a chance it does nothing the whole run. it is like a worse +1 Block (the pink kind)
For a player who is excellent like reto its meh because chances are you won't lose a heart (baring a missed dash). For a player who is just okay and will lose HP then that event is effectively +10/12 hearts through the entire run. That trade off makes it a good event as something for people who need it. But bad because the people who are good will go "I will never need this".
dragon and dragoon are 2 different, one is an animal and the other is a character class. Not 2 sides to the same coin, but different coins. The name comes from the attributes, not the ability to transform in to.

The +x damage accessories (seemingly) add to the base damage, so any scaling also increases their effectiveness

Right click on the screen when inventory is closed swaps weapons and also changes hoody status. you can see retro do this at 28:20
oh he figures it out at 50:50 and yes it is weird, it is an extra click so you need to right click multiple times to swap weapons in combat.
Friend did a run with the load capacity inerted that give you status and he basically got all items possible to rise up load capacity and was broke!
It took me a couple runs to think of this, but “% damage to fiends/undead” also count as Dragons.

The floor event for the spider queen floor is an old lady that makes you a sweater in a color of your choice (so your items if i remember correctly)
