Its not working for me, when I dismount it doesnt allow me to press e to go inside, do you have to have done a certain quest for this?

You need to have unlocked the house. I'm not sure which quests it is exactly but it's with Hayden.

Kind of. The dark glitch is white now so it's harder to see the stable but the actual glitch still works.
