I went back to “New Threads” mission so I can have him be more aggressive to fit the style of the character. I don't know... but this suit+that Otto dialogue in the post credits, maybe they will actually insert Superior Spidey in the next game... in the comics at least it's very interesting when Otto takes Peter's body, for a Game I think that It would certainly be very beneficial for Insomniac to add something like this as they would have great development possibilities for the character both in the story and game mechanics!!!

100% they are doing, Superior Spider-Man ends with Octo vs Norman and Life Story as Miles being Octo instead of Peter, they already took bits of the Life Story for SM2

If it's in this game, we're not getting it as a plot point. Think back when we asked where the Venom suit was. They said they intended on using that for a later game aka this one thus saving it. Though looking at what returned from the other 2, I really don't understand why we couldn't have gotten the Venom suit in the 1st game imo.

How do you create the shockwave thing in combat
It's a basic move in SM2 that was a move you had to buy with SP in the 1st game and you do it by being in the air and pressing square + cross.

The first game was fresh because it was new then they cranked it up with venom powers for miles.
Then they took away the way miles venom bar from the first game, all the suit powers and gadgets from the first game. And gave us 4 abilities stuck on quite a long cool down that don’t really do much unless fully upgraded, especially on ultimate.
It’s the same basic combo, like it’s not really innovative like Arkham combat which has so many different base combos or takedowns and moves. Like I was always finding something new.
The enemies are just dumb and the combat lacking doesn’t make it fun, even when you play as Peter why can’t you switch characters mid combat? Something that we literally had in Arkham knight which is such an old game.
It’s like this was two steps forward but 4 steps back.
