I'm definitely not for the concept of diversity hiring but truly it has nothing to do with you. You are a content creator and as a creator you bring us informative content without any bias. Obviously since there have been wany too many oppourtunities for women only in the past few months, it is natural for others to feel a little left out and frustrated since we're all in this together... everyone is working equally hard.
