My heart breaks for her... her ankles are the size of mine. Im 5’8” and 130 lbs. it shows her legs are fit because they constantly work to support the weight. Even the slightest exercise would trim down her tummy and arms. She would feel even more beautiful and confident.. sending motivation and healing your way

Nothing about obesity is healthy... so yes HEALING. Whether that be physically or mentally. Often obesity stems from mental health battles resulting in certain behaviors.
