I've worked in may restaurants before and I gotta say that the real heros here are the cooks. That looks like an absolute nightmare of a day. No rest, no chill, just work work work till you drop dead. Many people don't realize how stressful and physically demanding cooking can be.

For those who are wondering ita called hungry jacks because jack himself wanted to turn his thriving company into burger king over here in australia and burger king said hell no, next thing you know Jack started a franchise called Hungry jacks and it popped off and then eventually burger king approached Jack and re-evaluated his orginal offer but instead of turning into burger king he kept his name and just took all the food ideas, very rough explanation but there you go
Of course he wanted to keep the name but at the time Burger King was already trade marked by a guy that owned a restaurant of that name in South Australia. The American Burger King was owned by Pillsbury and they allowed to choose a name they had rights too so Jack Cowin chose, 'hungry jacks" which was the name a type of their pancakes. It had nothing to do with his name.
