rok I agree, but I think the community needs to mature, rather than rise. The way this was handled was very immature, and a lot of people said some terrible things about really wonderful people who made some really awful mistakes. Mistakes don’t define a person. No one knew how to handle the info, so instead of thinking about how they could take the high road, they just took to Twitter, or to TH-cam, etc.. The best way to deal with these types of things is to stay silent. People like to react harshly, and call someone names and say nasty shit. And in the light of actual victims coming out and talking, other attention seekers, or people who claim to be “victims” have the audacity to shit on another human being over something they know nothing about.... but then don’t have the spine to bring their own “abuse” to light with law enforcement. They community needs to mature. Sorry for the rant. I’m not trying to disagree with anyone here at all just spreading a message. Think for yourself, and draw your own conclusions. Mistakes don’t make people bad people. Make sure you don’t use someone else’s downfall to release your anger with yourself or your life’s troubles.

i think this definetly is a cool idea, but i dont think the scene is quite ready yet. most orgs have just one player, so if this is to be a thing we would realistically need major orgs to pick up way more than just one.
I wanna give you credit for trying something new. While this was sorta weird and out there, and may have not been as hype as you'd hope, it was a valiant effort that who knows, maybe in the future when Smash gets more fleshed out sponsorship teams, we might finally see some serious team v team crew battles.
