Surah Al-Hajj [22] | Bangla Translation of Quran | Quran Tilawat | الحج | noor (Light of Islam)

Surah Al-Ḥajj ("The Pilgrimage, The Hajj") is the 22nd Surah of the Quran but it is 103rd according to the order of revelation. Some specialists deliberate this a Makki Surah, but according to the majority it is Madani. It has has 78 verses in 10 sections.
The Surah reminds about the approaching end of the world, need for the determination of faith to support the truth and to eliminate the evil. It talks about prayers, modesty and sacrifice, respect of the Ka'bah, the House of Allah, and determined to defend the truth.
Following the outline of the sections of this Surah.
1. The Shaking of the Last Hour. Arguments for the Resurrection from the stages of human creation and from the rain that produces vegetation.
2. The marginal believers and their end.
3. The true believers shall be rewarded.
4. Pilgrimage to the House of Allah.
5. Respect of the Symbols of Allah.
6. The permission of fighting back is granted to those to whom wrong is done. The real purpose of Jihad.
7. Satan's enticements and Allah's especial protection of His words.
8. The reward of those who migrate in the cause of Allah.
9. Allah's order prevails in the heaven and earth.
10. The Muslim community is chosen by Allah for a special purpose.

জাহান্নামিদের জিজ্ঞাসা করা হবে-
.
مَا سَلَکَکُمۡ فِیۡ سَقَرَ
.
‘‘কোন্ জিনিস তোমাদের সাকারে (জাহান্নামে) নিক্ষেপ করেছে?’’ [সুরা মুদ্দাসসির, আয়াত: ৪২]
.
তারা উত্তরে বলবে-
.
لَمۡ نَکُ مِنَ الۡمُصَلِّیۡنَ
.
‘‘আমরা নামাজিদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত ছিলাম না।’’ [সুরা মুদ্দাসসির, আয়াত: ৪৩]
.
নামাজ আমাদের পড়তেই হবে। এটি আমাদের মুসলমানিত্বের গ্যারান্টি। নামাজ না পড়ার পরিণাম জাহান্নামে শাস্তিভোগ।

আনাস (রা) হতে বর্ণিত, রাসুলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেন, ‘‘আল্লাহর এমন এক প্রকার ফেরেশতা আছে, যারা প্রত্যেক নামাজের সময় উপস্থিত হয়ে ঘোষণা করতে থাকে-
.
‘‘ওহে আদম সন্তান! (নামাজে) দাঁড়িয়ে যাও-এমন আগুনের জন্য, যা তোমরাই প্রজ্জ্বলিত করেছো। তাই, তোমরা তা (নামাজ আদায় করে সেটি) নিভিয়ে দাও।’’ [ইমাম তাবারানি, মু’জামুল আওসাত্ব: ১১৫০৯; শায়খ আলবানি, সিলসিলা সহিহাহ: ২৫২০; হাদিসটি সহিহ]
