    Rice flour tends to give a burnt smell when fried, even if it is very slightly fried...I use chane ka sattu instead and I fry on tawa...it comes out really great

      Nahi Priya ji, maida mat daalna. Chawal ko aap mixer me chala dijiye, powder banne ka baad use kar sakte ho :)

      due to the rice flour we added. yes you can add normal salt
