What’s super funny about this is that if either were all-powerful and all knowing, then either would know about the other and only one would be able to exist because it’s a contradiction to be all-powerful but unable to do a particular thing. I argue that they are actually the same being and that being is information itself.

Just found this little gem in 2020. My take is this, there wouldn't be a winner if these two beings fought, not because they're so evenly matched, but because they're the SAME CHARACTER.
Hear me out. Anytime you declare that this being over here is the ultimate, the creator of all things within the scope of our understanding and everything beyond that, you incorporate everything you include in your comics under that umbrella. DC and Marvel have had lots of crossovers over the years, which means they are, by definition, part of one another's continuity. Therefore, these two deific characters are, in fact, two different names for the same being.
My theory is that they’ve already fought and the end result was what we call now the dc and marvel multiverse respectively.. the stalemate would be they’d be their own creations apart from each other..

I Am Kratos The Presence DIED. Not possible for an omnipotent character. He has an equivalent in power, the Great Evil Beast, and 2 superiors, the Overmonitor and The Writer (the character The Writer, not the ACTUAL writers). Omnipotent beings require omniscience, but Lucifer managed to escape The Presence's plan, which should be impossible if he's omnipotent. TOAA=The Writer>Overmoniter>Presence.
To explain how the Overmonitor is stronger than The Presence, The Overmonitor is the paper for The Writer, and no fictional being can destroy their own paper. The Writer is all of the DC writers turned into a fictional character put into DC, just like how Jack Kirby put himself into Marvel in the form of TOAA. The Presence cannot destroy his creator, The Writer, or what he's created on, The Overmonitor.

Noone wins. Both are imortal, and pratically are beeings that have omniscience, omnipotency and omnipresence. Only they can end their own existence and are imune to the other's will and power over them. It's complex and it's simple at the same time. It would be an endless battle of two beeings with basically infinte power, and the result would be as if the battle never existed at all.
I think that the presence would win, because he has a tiny bit more knowledge, that being how emotions work. My second theory is that they would merge into one being, because they would be indistinguishable from each other.

I feel like TOAA exists outside of the Marvel comics, he takes the form of Jack Kirby so it seems like he broke the forth wall. The Presence exists outside of the DC multiverse but is still in the comics realm. Therefore, if the two Multiverses should fuse, TOAA would be in an "higher" plane of existence. He could "erase" the Presence. That's my interpretation. Marvel presents Gods as cosmic entities that just exist (Death, Eternity, etc) while DC has a more "biblical" telling with Angels and Demons.

Technically and theoretically, I think they are the same being. To say there are two omniscient, omnipotent, omnipresent God's be in two universes yet far above those universes, makes me think they are the same but simply appear in different forms for each universe.

The Presence and toaa wouldn't even fight knowing that the fight would go on for eternity. If they ever did meet they would probably just stand across from each other and do nothing knowing they are just as powerful as each other. At most they would just have a interesting conversation with each other.

The Overvoid contains all fiction and that is only part of The Presence, so The Presence is omnipotent and would blinkstomp TOAA. Neutral The presence is not omnipotent. ... The Presence's true form is completely omnipotent and is far more powerful than TOAA. TOAA doesn't even have a true form like The Presence.
@Antildo Kapllani one the fandom website both are stated to have omnipresent, omniscient and omnipotent. I believe they are both equal with power. And if you believe that marvel is just on the complete opposite side of the multiverse compared to DC (older comics have crossed the 2 universe together) then they are both one in the same just being called different names, since the presence is known to have created the multiverse.
