    Thanks for the video. The only problem is the top-right logo is moving so much, all the time. It is a bit disturbing.
    Nevertheless, excellent video. Thanks!

    You explained which method to consider very nicely, can u also share your inputs on the patterns that we can go with the matching..?

    Dear Sir, Thank you for your videos!
    Could you please create a short video about cascoded current mirrors layout and their matching?
    Especially when the top and bottom devices have different lengths. Thank you again.

      @@analoglayout M1(W/L=4/1, m=2) and M2(W/L=4/0.18, m=2) are NMOS diode connected devices in the reference path of a current mirror.
      M3 and M4 are in the output path, have same aspect ratios and m=8, thus mirroring coefficient is 4.
      What's the best method for achieving highest matching quality? Which areas more sensitive for mismatch, and, shall we add dunny devices on the edges only?
      Many thanks for your attention to this matter.

    Good video but repetitive statements. Could have reduced the video duration

    this video gave me really good knowledge regarding the difference between the layout matching methods.....

    Thank you. If I am understanding, you are saying the first decision is critical vs non-critical circuit element(s); if critical, then draw a common-centroid layout, then select pattern matching within common-centroid (AA, BB or AB, BA) etc. Do I have the gist of it?

    • @analoglayout
      @analoglayout  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Exactly correct , if you want precise matching or critical Design,go for common centroid regardless of the any design i.e diff pair or current mirror

    Hi bro ,how to do Matching practically using virtuoso ?
    Eveybody says that do Common centriod and Interdigitization matching .But no one says when to do. How to do.Could you please tell me ?

    • @analoglayout
      @analoglayout  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Based on the given circuit and also based on the critically of the circuit we have to decide either to go common centroid or interdigitation based matching pattern
