(oogiri is a type of game show comedy where you intentionally put funny answers to questions) so i think he's saying inarizaki laughing before showing their answer means the expectation for their answer being funny is higher now. sorry for commenting 4 years later lmao i'm (clearly) still learning japanese so if anyone can explain this better or correct me please do!
