There’s only one guide out right now and it’s for safety, and id love to get on the action of intercepting every game. I’ve been practicing for hours and I can only get a curl route interception every 3 or so games. Thanks! Love your videos

PRESS I cannot explain how important the press is. If you really want interceptions, learn how to press it helps a ton.
It's all about speed. Gotta be able to be far enough away to bait with enough speed to still get back to the ball.
