The slow motion shows how extraordinary quick the spanish mackerel move and how sharp their teeth are! Showed my wife as to why you just need to 'slow' things down in a boat when catching fish. Knives, hooks and sharp teeth flying around makes it easier to have a mischief. Hope you heal quickly and have no ongoing issues. Thumbs up for a great channel.

When that happened to my Dad, right in front of me when I was a kid, it was hanging by a little piece of skin, literately right though the bone. I had to keep it together and talk my mom into keeping it together, my first medical rescue. I was about 10.

Fran was the woman to have on every fishing expedition. That was the biggest bandage I have seen for half a thumb, bloody hell that hurt. Been there with a sting Ray that put his hot spike in one side of my palm and out the other and out again in a micro second. My palm was on fire for a long time.
There’s no doubt Fran is forever cooking up a storm and in recent times she has been the winner of the prize fish. You’re a lucky man strick a couple war wounds will always add to the memories.
