Guru ji mein Faridabad delhi mein rehti hu. yahan jyada builder floors hai n usme b double units ki bharmar hai. jo aap solutions ya corner barna ya katna batate ho unhe hum log rectify b nahi kar sakte kyonki hamare flat mein external changes se pehle permission jaruri hai.

Guruji. I am planning to do 2 Nd floor bedroom in sw and ne and between them toilet and bath room. The 2 Nd floor nw and NE corner will be open terrace. Steps for 2 Nd floor is external in sw direction. And my home direction is west facing. Please advise if it’s okay to do ?

ज्ञानीजी मुझे एक प्लाट मिल रहा है 20 फ़ीट पूर्वद्वार और 50 फ़ीट चौड़ाई। अच्छे लोकेशन में है।
परंतु प्लाट के ऊपर हाई वाल्ट बिजली के तार है मैं लू या नही कृपया सुझाव दे
Dear Sir, My Home is north facing , South Side Main Road. Main road to My Plot 15feet wide path is there towards north direction . Path way to house main gate entrance from east side .. and house entrance from North side ... Soak pit is in North West Corner North Side.. I have one confusion which side how drainage to be plan ? because if i connect drainage from soak pit to road side drain (by west side of my building , )which is behind my house slop will be towards south direction which is not good as per your opinion . and drain water will meet with road side drain at my south west corner of my building .. Water should not store at sw corner ...and if I make drain slop towards north side it will be long distance ... then how will be solution ? sir Please let me know .. please. Thank you.
