Your two videos are completely contradictory lmao. Sort by popular. Right next to each other.
You even have conflicting points in them.

Funny when you provide the facts and about why people are moving here, the usual folks from other parts of Ohio who always flood the comments on videos about Columbus, magically disappear...

A 1,000 SF ranch for $700k blows my mind. No wonder everyone is moving out of California and New York.

Columbus is my hometown I have lived here all my life and while housing is cheaper than New York and California our violence rate is huge 18% versus the USA average of 22% and getting worse. We do not have enough police here and our traffic congestion is a nightmare as more and more people move here. The influx of people moving here has increased our crime rate. It's not only good people who want to move here unfortunately. Do not buy in the inner city. Anna In Ohio

There will be major growth opportunities for any city within an hour of Columbus and on an interstate. We have been seeing it for a few years now.

I grew up in little ol’ Johnstown, OH.
Graduated in 2007 in a class of 90 other seniors.
It’s completely different now. Facebook moved in, Google moved in, and Amazon moved in. (All data centers).
Johnstown is so much bigger now. It used to be just a small farming town.
Now it’s the epicenter of data.
    Freaking crazy

Comparing prices to California or NYC isn't really a good comparison. Cbus is now the most expensive city in Ohio.

@@MovingtoOhio I guess for those people then yes you are right. I've just always associated those as the most expensive places in the country, so it's a no brainer that Columbus will be more affordable.

I have to say even though I would not recommend moving to Columbus we have a lot of shopping centers and building more.. Polaris and Easton are 2 of the biggest and New Albany and Gahanna have a lot of places to eat and shop. Just be aware we have a huge Violence rate here and homeless everywhere even in the nicer areas. Anna In Ohio

Because of the newer companies, prices have gone through the roof. Because of the fast growth and the need for more infrastructure. Crime is high. To compare Columbus to New York or Cali😳 really it's gonna rank better in all categories.

    I hope you're having a wonderful day.
I came across your TH-cam channel and wanted to let you know that I think your videos are fantastic. However, after carefully analyzing your channel, I noticed that they are not receiving as many views and subscribers as they deserve. The key reason behind this is the lack of customization and optimization in your titles, descriptions, and tags. It's important to optimize these aspects to ensure that your videos reach their full potential and attract organic engagement and audience.

The downsid is that the newcomers want to live close to downtown, but that means displacing the current poorer and fixed income residents who are literally pushed out in the street. Like Austin, the newcomers drive up prices and change the fabric of older neighborhoods.
