Awesome video, dude. love a bit of arena showcase the sets of wcw, and wwf always fascinated me, growing up desperate to see what wwf and wcw would come up with next keep up the awesome videos 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Absolutely love the new series always a geek for stages and they were so much better back in the late 90s they were actually creative looking forward to part 2 and hopefully more years as well
Dudeee love that you cover this type of wrestling content. Growing up I was always stoked to see what a PPV entrance would look like. When the Smackdown fist set debuted I absolutely lost my mind!! Love your channel 🤘🏻🔥🤘🏻
Good stuff man, I was only going to watch the first 10 minutes before bed and ended up watching the whole thing lol. Love seeing the contrasts in stage design. A topic more fascinating than I realized.
Oooh! Nice new series, homie. I’m sure we can all agree that these times were the absolute best in terms of presentation. Creative stage designs, creative show graphics and logos, creative posters, etc. Some of my favorites include Halloween Havoc 1998 with the most beautiful stage ever, SummerSlam 1998 as I love the Stone Cold Vs Taker as kaijus destroying New York City poster and I love the MSG entrance ways with the doors, Survivor Series ‘98 with the skull stage and graphics, and of course Raw Is War and WCW Monday Nitro, with their badass graphics, show intros, and their absolute hype as hell vibes. God, such great times, I wish I could’ve experienced this as a kid.😔 Oh well. Great video, homie.👍
I like this stuff. These details make (made) PPV’s exciting. Not sure if you were into the wrestling magazines but wouldn’t mind seeing a video on wcw and wwf publications.
You know the crazy thing about the outdated wwf logos but they were using the old blue ring posts , blue side skirts and red white and blue ropes for house shows during that time period
I originally had them without the transitions and it made the video really confusing as it was hard to tell when I stopped talking about one promotion and started the other.
The woman at 34:50 wearing the NWO shirt looks like the same woman who wore the Stone Cold shirt with Austin 3:16 on Raw May 11th 1998 I could be wrong
It is weird thinking the venue the hosted Souled Out in 1998 would host ECW Heatwave 7 months later. At that time, you usually wouldn't see multiple companies using the same venue, though ECW wasn't on WWF's level, so maybe WCW didn't care as much if the smaller company was using the venue as well.
January: Set - Souled Out > Royal Rumble Ring - Royal Rumble > Souled Out Logo - Royal Rumble > Souled Out February: Set - SuperBrawl > No Way Out Ring - SuperBrawl > No Way Out Logo - SuperBrawl > No Way Out March: Set - Uncensored > WrestleMania Ring - WrestleMania > Uncensored Logo - WrestleMania > Uncensored April: Set - Spring Stampede > Unforgiven Ring - Spring Stampede > Unforgiven Logo - Spring Stampede > Unforgiven May: Set - Over The Edge > Slamboree Ring - Slamboree > Over The Edge Logo - Slamboree > Over The Edge June: Set - Great American Bash > KOTR Ring - Great American Bash > KOTR Logo - Tie
Dude that’s a fascinating little detail, thanks for sharing. I love to hear stuff like that. These arenas were iconic to me as a wrestling fan growing up.
Do you ever plan on dropping videos for WWE 2K18, 19, 20, and 22 And also the horrible game in between 20 and 22? I'd love to see your take on those games.
Is it just me or did the WWF hold on to there 80s aethestic and presentation till late 97 😅 compared to WCW at the time to me the WWF did not transition with the times like WCW till the Attitude Era.
Dude yessss arena showcase is back. Thank God please keep this up. Suggestion we need a part 3 of the wwe raw arena and survivor series
You make the best wrestling game reviews then another TH-cam channel keep up the good work
Awesome video, dude. love a bit of arena showcase the sets of wcw, and wwf always fascinated me, growing up desperate to see what wwf and wcw would come up with next keep up the awesome videos 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I love the Arena Showcase series. Now you've amped it up with a WWF vs WCW arena showdown. Awesome idea, my friend!
Thanks! I’m glad you’re enjoying the videos.
As an artist and wrestling fan, I really appreciate this channel! I always appreciated the details in colors, designs, logos, etc. of wrestling shows!
Absolutely love the new series always a geek for stages and they were so much better back in the late 90s they were actually creative looking forward to part 2 and hopefully more years as well
Same here. The stages always played such an important part of the show for me growing up.
New nikateen is always great. Enjoy all the different content! Nice work
Thanks!
Most underrated wrestling channel on TH-cam!
Thanks a lot, Chris! Much appreciated. 😎
I really like this new twist to the Arena Showcase formula!
Thank you!
Dudeee love that you cover this type of wrestling content. Growing up I was always stoked to see what a PPV entrance would look like.
When the Smackdown fist set debuted I absolutely lost my mind!! Love your channel 🤘🏻🔥🤘🏻
Thanks! I used to watch Sunday Night Heat before the PPV events to see the sets and rings. I was obsessed with this stuff!
@@NikateeN I used to do the exact same thing
@@KYSeahawks YESSSSS I'm stoked you both used to do that. I thought it was always just me nerding out 😆
@@NikateeN that was the best part of Heat.
Pretty good format.
Really liked the effort the promotions used to put into it.
Welcome back man I was missing your reviews
Good stuff man, I was only going to watch the first 10 minutes before bed and ended up watching the whole thing lol. Love seeing the contrasts in stage design. A topic more fascinating than I realized.
Now wwe uses the same set for everything weekly shows and ppv's. I'm really glad I grew up with late nighties and early 2000 wrestling
Always dropping dope vids! I'm glad I was around to experience this time in wrestling. Dope memories.
I love your videos and attention to detail with arenas!
Thank you!
Transition: Eee ooo Eee... auh ohh!
This is definitely a great video and I really love it. Happy holidays.
Thanks a bunch, happy holidays to you as well!

I didn't know you did this till you posted today's part two. I hope they both gain traction, you deserve it!
I like this a lot. Unique. Takes me back to a simpler time lol
fantastic, looking very very forward to more
I like the content you make
I love your videos keep them coming 👍
Thanks a lot!
I like this stuff. These details make (made) PPV’s exciting. Not sure if you were into the wrestling magazines but wouldn’t mind seeing a video on wcw and wwf publications.
Love the concept, hope you do more
Amazing video/idea. Can't wait for the next one!!!
I miss the days when each arena had a unique look to it. Nowadays its so generic and just looks like they copy and paste each venue.
I've always liked that 98 round lightning mound set the wwf used it was like a round version of the Nitro set.
Good video keep good work up
You know the crazy thing about the outdated wwf logos but they were using the old blue ring posts , blue side skirts and red white and blue ropes for house shows during that time period
Hope ur going to make more wrestling game reviews soon thanks
Man always knocking it out the park!!!! Loving it and the music shit I may need some beats you got many talents
WCW everytime. Nostalgia yes, but it feels like they just made more of an effort with their 1998 stage designs compared to WWF.
as a kid i always think the logo made the pyro scream
This looks cool to see
Hey man, how you been? Good to hear from you again. I've missed your content.
Doing good, just busy with life, it only gets worse the older I get! 😂 Thanks for the support!
X Raided reference 🔥 dubs up W
Cant wait for Part 2
Great detailed video man! The transitions were a bit annoying tho 😖

Someone made a threat to me but don’t worry my mom is heading it and talks to the staff and teachers
Grew up going to Hara Arena. Those ceiling tiles you showed would fall if they did monster trucks or dirt bikes😂 before they tore it down around 2006😢
Dude that’s a fascinating little detail, thanks for sharing. I love to hear stuff like that. These arenas were iconic to me as a wrestling fan growing up.
My favorite PPV designs were the ones for Judgement Day.
Awesome work. How long do these take to put together?
This one took way too long unfortunately. I started gathering footage in September. 😯
Do more ppv these are amazing please
Where did you go. Miss your videos brother. I'm still waiting on Super Fire Pro Wrestling.
Part 2 is almost done. 😎
The souled out stage kinda looks like the late 2019 raw stage
🔥🔥
This is so cool.
Can you do the survivor series arena showcase please thank you🙏😉😊
Nice!

Are new WWE game reviews coming any time soon
Not for the newer WWE games, but I’ve got some other stuff in the works.
@@NikateeN ok cool I like the older games reviews that u do anyways
It's really sad that WWF's b-level ppvs had more thought and imagination put in their entrance ways than freakin' Wrestlemania!
Always love your content please upload more there's to many shit wrestling channels
New vids?
Working on them, just haven’t had much time. It’s a struggle!
@@NikateeN it's all good, I get it you're a busy man 👍🏾 the fans will be here when you make a return
