Ain't that the truth! Nothing he can't do. Ambassador of Rock. He definitely fills in the gaps between Myles and Slash's subdue'd stage energy. Would like to see his band reach these heights too.
For those unaware, Todd has been doing this at their shows for 10 years. Typically sings 3-5 songs, usually appetite songs. One show I was at Myles was admittedly under the weather and Todd sang about half the show and killed it
to those unaware Todd Kearns fronted the Canadian band 'Age of Electric' that was all over Canadian radio in the 90's - check out their song 'remote control' to hear how much of a kick-ass singer he is
God, it's Todd!!!. This is the best band Slash have ever had!!!! Myles - writes, sings, plays guitar - all amazingly; Todd sings amazingly, plays guitar and bass; Fitz plays keyboards and drums.... and all talented as hell!
If you want to see Todd fronting a rock band - click on our channel and watch the music video for “Alone Together”. Todd Kerns sings and plays bass on the entire 10 song album (7 vocal tracks). Lineup also includes Jeremy Asbrock and Matt Starr from Ace Frehley’s band.
I come from the same local area in Canada where Todd grew up and have seen him live back in the day and has always been an amazing vocalist and overall killer musician
@@recabitejehonadab2654 yea he’s technically a good singer but I don’t care for his tone or vocal style. It’s very nasally. He sings kind of like Steve Perry.
Todd Kerns fronted a canadian band early to mid 90's called Age of Electric, really good. They should have been bigger but unless its newfie folk music or the Tragically Hip canadian bands get the shaft.
Believe it or not, TK auditioned way back when they were putting Velvet Revolver together. Todd said it in an interview around the time his solo album came out
Almost Like watching GNR again!! Minus a few!! Lol Todd Kerns has an awesome voice as well!! Still Slash n Duff sounds good too, (again)... always love hearing these songs, I like Slash, M. Kennedy and the Conspirators! Slash and I are same age, I'm June to July older than him! Lmao
Saw them in Portland the night before. Kind of Jelly to be honest. Looks like they actually had room to move on stage and Duff....?! Oh well, at least they came through and it was the first show of this run and it was a great show. thanks for posting.
@@romanp.4319 think he mean that Todd is a potential front man for VR… but I don’t think he could handle Scott’s legacy as great as he might be for the classic axl songs like nighttrain

Todd Kerns is a fucking beast

Don't forget Static in Stereo. Also very good
I just typed the same thing then scrolled down and saw you stated the same thing, lol
Go easy with the all over Canadian radio. It’s not like they were April Wine or OLP , not even close.
Thx for the info. I'm surprised with this video. Todd is awesome singer.
Dude, I was like "holy shit MK sounds great on nightrain, I actually like this" and then found out it was someone else. Dude sounds fantastic!!
Myles is fantastic on Nightrain as well. Check out the Made in Stoke performance. That being said, Todd Kerns is incredible too!

Todd's voice is amazing! I had the opportunity to see Slash in Uruguay a few years ago, Todd sang a couple of songs and he was superb

This sounds awesome...
Yessss, Todd!!! Fantastic
Todd always blows me away! What's great guest too this is an awesome band!
Todd Kerns should sing all the songs.
I agree! I can't stand Myles Kennedy's voice. it is just too annoying... sorry but some people are not meant to sing
Absolutely, I’m not into Myles voice.

Damnit Todd...Oh how I wish you'd take over for Myles full time.
man he sings so effortlessly, even myles struggles to hit those notes.. Amazing
Myles not singing this ?
todd got the job done pretty well
I like it how they’ve change things up, it’s fresh. Todd singing on Always on the Run & Nightrain instead of Myles :)
Drumming's so much more "punchy" than Frank's, tho
Yes. Absolutly right !
Frank is a hired gun who’s just phoning it in man, just a job to him

Senza la giovane voce di Axl non è la stessa !.
More like without AXL’s voice it’s not the same
Just saying, Brent Fitz would be a great fit for GN'R. I just can't dig Ferrer's style of drumming.

There is only one person who should be the one singing this song Night Train and all other by and from Guns and Rose That Person is Axl Rose period .
Amen
A voz do guitarrista é melhor do que a do vocalista da banda Miles Kennedy !kkk

Myles is way to pop style in his singing that is boring to listen.
Todd is more rock and roll.
