My pink n grey galah, Angie, took 3 months to come around..I got her after her previous owners decided they didn't want birds anymore..she was 5yrs old n it was hard for her being torn away from her family..she didn't know what was going on n must of felt very rejected..it's been 8yrs now n I won't ever do that to her n her little lovely heart 💕 I love her so much!!

Wild African Greys tend to live around 25 years. Captive and well looked after ones can be 40-60 years. Wild Mawcaw's tend to reach those numbers. But with their habitat being destroyed and folk still poaching them, they do well reaching 20 years nowadays

Cowgirl has come such a long way with the love and care from her human. Her before pictures were horrible! I really hope this works out, because knowning African Greys they can be a one person bird. I'd hate to think if this guy gets a partner the bird will be either unhappy or be relinquished.

Cowgirl has come such a long way with the love and care from her human. Her before pictures were horrible! I really hope this works out, because knowning African Greys they can be a one person bird. I'd hate to think if this guy gets a partner the bird will be either unhappy or be relinquished.
