Bad things happen everywhere all the time, this was just infamously publicized. It would be a shame to tear it down but Im guessing these days the land is worth more than the house itself. I hope whoever ends up with this house loves it and has many years of happiness within its walls : )
Not just the creepiness factor, it's not out of the question, though most likely extremely remote, some Chaes Manson worshipping nutjob somewhere out there could get the bright idea to reenact the LaBianca murders in that house to make the ghost of Charles Manson happy. At the very least just curious people driving by and gawking. No thank you....
Why was 10050 Cielo Drive torn down and everything changed 100% ,and this House is still standing ? 10050 should be still standing also ! It's just a House , you can't tear down absolutely everything that has a dark History, there would be absolutely nothing let ! It's a Gorgeous Home and I would live in it and I would have lived in 10050 again I am not paranoid over four walls and a roof.
i remember this being all over news at the time. Manson himself was not a mass murderer, but he got people to kill for him. in that respect you could maybe call him a cowerd.
So they say, but they are pretty sure there are other bodies buried at Spahn Ranch, and maybe even the other ranch in Death Valley, people that Manson may have killed. I would bet he killed someone over the years, like maybe Shorty Shea.
By our laws, if you tell people to go and murder others, you are by default, guilty of 1st. degree murder. You become just as complicit in the crime as the actual killer(s) are. Look it up.
@@sum12024 In the trial, his involvement was firmly established by testimony of the other "Family" members, especially those who participated in the actual murders.
Trials like this one are always going to be littered with misgivings, inaccuracies, one person's word against another person's testimony, etc. Everybody comes out swinging, fighting against years in lock-up. This is what being alone is. Here's a great line in the Barbra Streisand film, NUTS. I'm paraphrasing the judge in the final courtroom scene, "We have courts of law, not courts of justice."
Dark energy and some presences, and it’s not easy to clean, it can take like 10 years to clean a house like that because sadness is in every corner for what happened in that house.
I find it ironic how Leslie Van Houten gets paroled, and a few months later, this house goes up for sale. I think any money from the selling of this house should go to the family of Leno and Rosemary LaBianca.
Let’s just say it is haunted. I’d be ok living there. I’d be respectful of the labiancas history there and hope it goes well. The labiancas were not horrid people after all.. I doubt if they did haunt it, they would be menacing. The other murder house in the same neighbourhood though... Nooope.
I think he wanted to turn it into a museum of some sort but the City of LA would not go for it. Plus the neighbors dont want lookey-loos creeping around their homes. I believe Scott put it back on the market, but sadly Im inclined to think that whoever buys it will tear it down and rebuild or sell. : (

Probably not haunted but knowing what happened there should creep out anyone.
Nahh it's not creepy

Crazy coincidence Rosemary’s granddaughter Adriana Wolk was stabbed to death July 03,2020 in Denver Colorado.
For those interested, this was Leno Labianca’s mother’s house. He was born in this house.
Thank you for the historical viewpoints.
Born and died in it. 😞
It was owned by Walt Disney long ago

I hope l have your same point of view, tell me how to achieve that ?

$2 millions and called a ''discount''..????.....I wouldn't even live there for free..!!!!!

Bolsheviki I don’t see a difference

@@sum12024 In the many books I have read on the subject, it seems Charlie tied up the LaBianca's, then left and told the others to kill them.
An house which reminds me bad nightmares fifty years ago in 1969
We could have seen it a lot better had you been there in the day time.
Somewhere in that house Tex Watson's finger print remains. 😛
Probably haunted that's why it's for sale.
Very Very Shitty No no no no, it’s obviously because of the saturated market for old serial killer houses
It will be haunted if Zak Baggens buys it
Id still buy
People are killed in LA every day. But everyone arrives here to visit Disney Land. This house is at nice place, so buyers will be found.
Dark energy and some presences, and it’s not easy to clean, it can take like 10 years to clean a house like that because sadness is in every corner for what happened in that house.
Ok weirdo
Yeah I would never live there idc I wouldn’t live there for the fact that people know who died there and who killed them
😂😂😂
Maybe Leslie Van Houten can buy it once she is off parole and out of the halfway house.
It was ruined by all the updates and changes. 👎🏻. The original place was timeless and a lot less pretentious.

I will never buy this place it’s cursed
Zack Bagans from the ghost adventures bought it
Those are the freak squad ghost investigators, they have Guts stronger than the hardest made steel.

Hell no!!
Make sure you get a good watchdog
ShakespeareCafe haha nice reference
It's a beautiful home, but I couldn't live there
That view! Wow. Gorgeous house. The ones who will be buying a house for their young families won't know about the history. So just don't tell them.

Yeah, the other one has a lot more ghosts.
I’d get 10 guard dogs

There's no way id buy it. No chance. I reckon it's haunted.
You all came here from Stewie's mention. Admit it
They keep pronouncing Leno's last name as like Jay Leno's last name. It's pronounced as LEE-NO, not Leno.
Hell yea there’s gonna be buyers. We ain’t do shit to no one so we good. We ain’t gonna be haunted
I wouldn’t liven in this ✝️❤️
Too many ghosts for me.
What does Katy Perry need a convent for?
At least theirs wasn’t torn down, like the Tate residence.
I'd buy it. It's just a house with a bad past
Stewe bring me here
Zak Bagans ended up buying it.

Manson didn't murder anyone that has been proven.
@@Jazzywazz probably someone will by the house
Oooh Katy Perry wants to move close to there lol
Good luck
Looks like a cozy house well they lived there for 2 decades. 1.9 million to but hope its not too haunted but it did happen long ago.
They could sell to a foreigner
I'd take it in a heartbeat if I had that kind of money....👻 "Haunted" is more than fine with me.....👻👻🎃
Lisa Knuth ok then

Must have sucked to been the Labiancas that night.................lol
