Was there a big update recently for the P Touch Editor software? Because your screen looks different than mine- you have a lot more template categories to choose from. But maybe that’s because I’m using an older device, QL-700. I LOVE my label printer, I’ve used it for many years printing high volume- it’s fantastic! But I gave up on making new templates on the PC bc the free software was so frustrating to use.
Hey Todd just came across this video after purchasing a new PT-E550W. Unfortunately I’m a Mac desktop user and it doesn’t have all the items included in the P-Touch Editor for Windows. Their Pro Label Tool app has more features for creating labels for cables, patch panels, etc but I have found that things like text size aren’t adjustable like they are in the 550W itself. Why offer software and apps if they’re not fully functional? TC!
