Sorry, Carl, you are incorrect in saying nothing about the higher education sector is mentioned. If you do a bit of research you would probably know that ASQA monitors only VET Sector and TEQSA monitors the higher education sector :)
Please provide insights whether it is possible for government to grant transition period or grand fathered clause for the existing students who are 36 years old and above that are affected of the age cap in your own assessments.
What happens when a visa is refused? After appealing, can we remain in Australia until the new decision is made? Even if it takes a long time and the course is a long time completed?
What about tafe courses? I've seen diplomas and certifications 3 and 4 are way more specialized
