Yes, but opportunities can still arise for solokills, but its more based on if they make mistake. Be patient.
Can you explain when you go what first item
In what cases is phase rush better? I know arrey is to bully melees but when is phaserush better than conq in other matchups?

Hi Husum! Could it be better to go gathering storm instead of scorch for these matchups where you don't harrass a lot?
I'd rather go water walking in that case for the added early skirmish power. Gathering storm is slow to stack and its late game value kinda runs counter intuitive to most Swain builds that go pure tank after the first 2 items.

A question based on a match vs. pyke mid I recently had
In a match-up where the lane opponent is always roaming (or at least out roams you) is it better to just stay and aggressively push the tower or to try and match the roams?
In this game I was up like 60 or smth cs, but because he roamed so much he had like 7 more kills than I did which led us to lose
only follow if you can make it in time, if he is many seconds ahead of you (like 5 sec ahead of your roam) just staying mid pushing/plates should be the play. but it really depends on situation. Takes a lot of experience to make that decision.

Hey man I’m not a swain main but my duo partner is. I find he tends to stick in lane and farms constantly when facing Syndra, orianna and Vladimir, all match ups he struggles with and eventually gets outscaled. I play Gwen and Lillia jungle (sometimes Kindred if too much AP) and find that I can’t really gank his lane much because the enemy plays super safe, I don’t have CC or he misses his E. should he just roam bot constantly with me and make two enemy team members useless?
I admit as a JG I’m still not that great at perma ganking mid, I have troubles with it as farm oriented champs. I find we usually lose games into those mid champs. Any suggestions would be helpful

if enemy mid playing safe thats perfect. That will give your mate prio so you guys can roam around together. Mid/jgl duo is really broken because of that reason, he can help you invade and 4 man dive bot etc.
if they play aggro try make him set up gank.
