Karn is a lot worse when it can't fetch cards from the sideboard. Without liquimetal coating or the wish effect, Karn is almost completely a do-nothing card (it does shut down artifacts, but it's also vulnerable to getting attacked 😕). You just can't count on having Karn and liquimetal at the same time when you can't tutor for either of them
Nah okay, matchmaking is blatantly rigged. It threw the disgusting land destruction criminals together, gave one of them a knife (monocolored hexproof) and told them only one gets to live

There are quite a number of ways to cheese in brawl. After all, it is by definition a casual format. People will scoop at the drop of a hat. Hell, they'll scoop if you just look at them funny. The 3 easiest ways to get people to scoop in brawl are :- 1) Play control/permission/counterspell -heavy deck. 2) Thoughtseize and its ilk. For some reason people really REALY hate showing their hands. 3) Land D.
at 10:11 instead of completely downticking big chandra to kill tamiyo to prevent the ultimate, couldn't cgb have done like a -3 to prevent the ultimate and then kill the tamiyo the next turn by casting his commander?
Right, I confused myself by remembering a moment from another mtg video where the opponent had artifact duals already and without a liquimetal coating they were turned off. I somehow combined it with Karn's plus ability. =)

What's the actual function of the "Did you have fun in the match?" question? Are they trying to optimize the matchup/draw algorithms? 😂 Or maybe who to ban next? 🤔
Played the deck, its not consistent. Its very hard to stop oponents plans, a lot of spells are 1 to 1. The deck rely too much on chandra doublong The effects, so with one or two removals you are done. Very hard to deal with landfall and a lot of ramps. I do not recommend
I just hope you know cgb that there’s literally a spot carved out in hell for ponza players. It’s actually really close to the spot for control players. Just sayin, watch yourself. 😂

The Stone Brain and Karn/Liquimetal Coating combo would be another route, Karn can fish out the exiled Stone Brain too!

Love this deck! Some additions I recommend are Twinferno and dual strike. It's funny to copy a copy effect for more copy effects

These are the kind of red decks a blue player can get behind. It's those mindless monocolor aggro decks that are just no fun.

You need Liquid Metal coating. Karn can only target artifacts.
