Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model (2013) [S09E08]

- The ninth cycle of Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model premiered on 20 June 2013 on Sky Living. Two judges from the previous cycle did not retain their positions. Elle Macpherson continued as the show's head judge along with model Tyson Beckford, but fashion designer Julien Macdonald and Whitney Port left the series. Australian singer and talent show judge Dannii Minogue joined the series as a third judge.
The contestants celebrated Sarah's 23rd birthday, and later had a Jeopardy!-style fashion quiz in pairs with OBE journalist and fashion director, Hilary Alexander. As the winners of the challenge, Naomi and Sophie were treated to a tour bus party for four with former contestants of the show, which they chose to share with Emma and Holly. The following day the models were taken to an antique library for a Hollywood glamour photo shoot in which they had to pose with snakes. Angel received picture of the week at elimination, while Holly, Saffron, and Sarah were singled out as the week's worst performing contestants. Holly and Saffron landed in the bottom two, and Saffron was eliminated from the competition.

Holly needs to grow up and be true to herself and not lie about saying so much about others who are really doing well behind their back.
Holly is far more mature than most of them.
I believe that Sarah is truly frightened of of snakes. and being under water, etc. Mostly because she's so young and has led such a sheltered life, but you have to admit that she stumbled onto a brilliant strategy.
Sarah lives on a farm working hard and Holly needs to move forward and get over herself She deserves to be eliminated .

Saffron, probably could have made it to final 3 had she cut her hair. Pretty isn't enough in the model industry. Her and Abby sabotaged themselves for hair.
She's not my favorite, but she had a great photo shoot this week.

Wow. You can tell that really bothered Elle having to send Saffron home, did everything she could to compliment and encourage her. Elle genuinely feels for the girls, so good to see!

I wore my pet boa, Samantha to a pool tournament one time (about 45 years ago)... All the handling made her drool and eventually she threw up a whole rabbit, which she had eaten two weeks before. i was never invited back to any of the events at that pub again... needless to say. Poor Samantha, we handled her too much and it upset her stomach. Snakes can be as delicate as any other animal. So we have to be careful for their sake. She was by the way, a very loving and sweet animal.

I’m just now watching this. My guess is an upper respiratory infection, which can affect reptiles in captivity. I think it should have been immediately taken back into quarantine with optimal conditions like quiet, humidity and temperature.
Love seeing Hilary there before she became a judge.

What is it with these guys? Do they have any respect for the animals - at all. 😡😡😡 How can BINTM use animals like that! Poor snakes - not at all normal for a snake to dribble, so obvious there is something the matter with the snake 😢 Really sick😡
Animals are not accessories. It's very heartbreaking to watch them use snakes like accessories.
It really pissed me off when Saffron said it was disgusting when the snake dribbled 😡. What do you expect? She complained about the pig in the previous episode aswell and said she felt like throwing it across the room. She is a terrible person.

This premiered in 2013, ANTM C18 premiered in 2014, so I think this was before.

Tbh for me, both models in the bottom have been bland throughout the whole competition so far

People keep saying that at on here, but it seemed to me that Holly went out of her way to make an effort and resolve the conflict much more than Sarah did!
