What's the concept of meal prep, I mean I didn't get it, can anyone help me out, I think I got some idea but I'm not sure, but ofcourse please enlighten me it might help me as well 🥹
It basically just means that you can prepare some of your meals for the weak in advance to avoid cooking a lot during the week. Saves a lot of time as a student ahah:) hope this helps
