Beautiful picks! I'm drawn to chartreuse (a nail polish and an eyeshadow stick), but unfortunately, it's not my color. I'm considering the pink nail polish (by the way Dior has released a similar one recently: I'd love to compare them in real life if I have a chance to do so) and the blue eyeshadow pencil. Thank you for another great video! P.S. I'm also enjoying Chanel single shadows, though I wasn't initially very interested in them.
@@Missfrankiecat I already spoke to my SA about it because I get fallout even during application. She claims they stay on her all day without fallout if she applies concealer, then loose powder, and then the stick without rubbing too much. Might be worth a try. I haven’t gotten around to it yet. I love that Magnolia gloss you got. We don’t have it here in the US. Back in the day Magnolia was one of my favorite Chanel lipsticks and from what I remember of it that gloss looks somewhat similar.
@@ratherbquiltn Who has time for all that fuss - the whole point of a pencil/stick, in particular, is easy, quick application. Thanks for letting me know though. x
I think I'm the only one that has not been excited about the Chanel and Dior releases lately. I fell for the rivage palette and was super underwhelmed. I look to Chanel for timeless, classic makeup. I look for color like the "blurry" collections back in the day. I can really feel the influence on the younger makeup team and I'm personally just not interested. I am also more selective with what I bring into my collection. I also hate all the "clean" reformulations with luxury makeup. With that said, I was not even considering the nail polishes but you have me sold on them. I think they actually look nice on you, even the "kermit the frog green." I'll have to pick them up when they come to the US.
I love the eyeshadow sticks you got and that stunning pink and chartreuse nail polish.
I'm enjoying the polishes a lot.
Love the green eye. You can play with that or sheer it out. I may have to buy one !
It sheers out and isn't actually all that pigmented.
I always enjoy your videos. Very authentic and I love chanel makeup too❤🎉
Thank you ❤

The eyeshadows are really nice if pricey. The pink nail polish (it is really iridescent) is very nice.
boo - I wanted you to get both duo palettes!
Sorry! I have too many powder blushes to use up now that I am finding liquid and cream look better on me.
Aw this sounds like you were a bit underwhelmed - that's a shame. I do like the nail polish colours
It's not my favourite collection.
@@Missfrankiecat yeah they've done better
The eye sticks have way too much glitter irl for me, sadly.
You are right! These new ones are bizarre - the glitter is only apparent to me as they wear off and there is tremendous fall-out.

@@Missfrankiecat My thoughts exactly! lol That’s why I haven’t tried it.
Mmm not sure about the nail colours xx
Odd mix isn't it? The unicorn pink is very pretty.

You are right - this is the new design team so maybe a new direction. It doesn't feel like classic Chanel.
