Wow I didn't know they produced woo hoo. They're so good, they should get more title tracks, they deserve it. Also they collaborated in the production of Oneus's To be or not to be and it was amazing (they are Mamamoo's little brothers)

@@jacquelincastillo823 nope, that seems to be a mamamoo thing only. i mean... other groups do 'cf' songs like these (basically ads) but mamamoo and their producers put all their energy into their cfs just like if they were title tracks and that really shows since so many believe they actually are title tracks for comebacks
@@jacquelincastillo823 I can say that not all groups are given the chance to promote a specific brand, because sometimes there is a standard for choosing artists , they are looking for many qualities like does that group have a strong personality or if can they grow the people who bought that product more. Gleam is actually based on a pun. The key line in the chorus, "da bichina", translates as "everything gleams", hence the title. But the advert is for an eyewear company called Davichi... 😉

Their CF's are just as good if not better than their title tracks. Their discography has grown so much.

My fave moment: "Hwasa, stop it!" into Moonbyul's special appearance. Hehehehe. Btw I think it's Cosmic Sound and not Cosmic Girl who produced the first 2. It would be interesting to see data on how Mamamoo influenced product trends. Davich certainly threw in a lot of money into not only getting a top notch song but also on MV production. They were fairly new and not as popular when Woo Hoo first came out, but today they are a solid household name across multiple generations.

I love that you're vibing with all the 90s influenced pop songs. Mamamoo has so many good retro tracks. Based on the ones you like so far I think you'll really love "Emotion" off the Melting album. I don't see it get as much love as it should, but it's a great track! Two more songs that really hit that sweet spot are "Moderato" and "Love & Hate" (as a Moonbyul stan you have to listen to that one, had a great dance MV as well)!

Idk if anybody told you already but, that harmonization in woohoo's opening was made by angel line (solar-wheein) in another set. It was made by solar first and she asked wheein to complete it. It was really great!

Ok, I think you're officially a Cosmic Girl & Cosmic Sound stan (she writes, he produces). Besides these three CF songs the Cosmic duo also did Better on reality in BLACK (along with Universe). I think the next 4S4C album you're listening to is Red Moon, which includes the Cosmic song Midnight Summer Dream, one of my fav MMM b-sides. I also love the overlooked and semi-obscure Cosmic Girl/Solar collab called Lie Ya, which is basically an r&b song over a reggaeton beat and I think you might like it too. Personally I'm not impressed by Wanna Be Myself, partly because the chorus is just a variation on Gloria Gaynor's I Will Survive, but disco is the latest trend in kpop and when it's mixed with current sounds & styles it probably sounds fresh to people who didn't live thru the disco era.

I don't know how I got here but Yaaassd girl, dive into that Mamamoo rabbit hole and don't look back. Trust me you won't regret a thing. Woohoo will forever be my jam cause it always gives me that 90s pop/R&B Mariah Carey nostalgia. You know that kind of nostalgia where your mum jams out her favourite 90s jams and tells you to get out her house so she can clean in peace.😂 Another fave of mine is Emotion from their Melting album which you'd probably love too. Cosmic Girl (Jooyi) is one of my favourite producer/singer song writers and I've been a fan of hers since her Rania days. If you hear the signature "Cosmic" in the song then you know it's going to be a Bop, even without her signature in the song you can tell she's involved with the production due to the contemporary, 90s, pop R&B vibe you get when you listen to her tracks she produces. She has R&B singles and a TH-cam channel which you should check out in your free time. Thanks to your great taste in music and your reactions you just earned yourself a new subscriber..😊
