I really do not like the fact that you're using the jump jets to invalidate alot of what he's capable of and are righting them off as lucky. So, if we'd do the same thing to Taro, he wouldn't of not even made it out of the first leg of world race, since he was only able to do so since his car was made to drive through volcanos. So, if we'd do the same thing to him he'd be considered super lucky as well from having an Scorchers car that was made to do what it was designed to do so, and that is to drive through lava. but, for comparison, then let's say if he was in a roadbeast's car or an dune ratz car instead, he wouldn't of made it to the finish line in the first place since he'd been stuck behind the lavafall or worse died in it. All-in-all, I liked alot of your points,but you using the jump jets to discredit the skill that is required to even preform all of his tricks with them as nothing more then "luck" wasn't really great since even if it can come off of as lucky for having them/using them, it really isn't since, because remember, you can have a device that can do almost anything/ everything, but in the hands of someone who doesn't know how to use it, it's nothing more then a glorified decoration. For instance, you use an manual in you car, in your hands it's able to move,but in the hands of someone who doesn't even know how to use it, it doesn't. Now imagine that with the jump jets. i think me mentioning the jump jets was not discrediting his skill as he is very skilled but i think because of his reliance of the jets made it so he relied less on his skills therefore reducing his overall skill overall in accelreacers if that makes sense :)

Best way to explain it, as the movies presented: he got cocky. He won the World race and believed he didn't need practice, he believed he was the best, and that affected his skills and confidence. He only got it back because he remembered he had to race to win, not just win the race.
Vert is an awesome driver, when he’s not letting his ego get the best of him. Major Wheeler probably knew to. Also, there’s something I noticed in Acceleracers. Why Vert never ends up winning any Accelechargers. But in my opinion he’s the real winner of every realm he’s been in because the whole point of the realms was to test your skills, not winning. In the storm realm, vert failed to stop the drones because he got distracted be the lightning. But he managed to bring back a drone hitchhiker who was focusing on the skill requirements for each realm. It would have taken the human teams a lot longer to pick up on this fact without that drone, who eventually became Sparky. In the Swamp Realm, Vert failed to stay in the groove as the realm required. However, he prevented RD-L1 from whining and gave his teammate Nolo time to stay in the groove himself and win the realm. In the Lava realm, despite Vert taking short cut that would burn his tires off, he managed to save Taro and indirectly cause another crash that destroyed several drone cars. One of the car lost a wheel which landed next to Monkey, who salvaged the wheel and brought it back for analysis. In the Water realm, vert did mess up big and was forced to hit the EDR. But he showed off what not to do in the realm. With this knowledge, Karma was able to give instructions to Taro when he had to do the realm a second time. So not only helped the humans learn the skill but also indirectly saved Taro’s life a second time. In the Junk realm, Vert figured the skill requirement when a silencer failed to hit the apex in front of him. This led to all the human driving learning this skill claim victory. Finally in the ultimate race, he races against Gelorum, who has all the Accelechargers, through all the using nothing but the skills needed for each realm. Proving that he was the real winner of all the realms and deserves to race against the Accelerons.
I love this. Idk why I hadn't ever thought about it like this. If you have talent but not exercise to maintain it, you will lose to someone who had excercise from the beggining. Vert had to exercise with his Deora 2 to get used to it. After world race and conforming he is best driver, he didn't have to proove it anymore. That's why he was kinda rusted during storm realm. Once he had talk with his father and gain confidence with himself with big amount of humbleness he get back to acceledome to race again. When he faced Gelorum in ultimate race he used everything he learned from other drivers and even learns from his own stupid mistakes like that one in water realm. Also Vert had to learn about 3 different realms that he even DON'T KNOW about, because these 3 realms happened before he even started racing in racing realms. Vert is one of the best drivers in series, but he need to not let pride get over his head, which caused him a lot of troubles.
I don't think Vert was the one who was intended to receive the Deora II in the first place. I think it was originally intended for Jack Wheeler, his dad. Why would Tesla send out one of the best cars in the world to some random kid who *just that afternoon* got his drivers license? Meanwhile Tesla, having been a Silencer, would already be aware of Major Wheeler and his driving prowess. Vert's luck started by just being in the wrong place at the right time.
In a Speculation of Vert Wheeler, he is indeed a Talented Driver that had yet to improve his skills and the understandings of what it takes to truly race in Highway 35 and the Racing Realms 1. Vert when he was a novice of being a licensed driver, he may have great skills and only cared for himself, but it soon dawned on him when realizing that if others couldn't make it out the situations he easily did, he would've felt terrible when finding out a Wave Ripper didn't make it due to his lack of trusting teamwork in his head. 2. During those experiences with skateboarding and surfing, it can indeed create similar features/techniques to get out of situations. Course if he never had those Jet Boosters, he indeed would be done for but its also a way to utilize the situation with his quick thinking. Like how he messed up in the storm realm, he used the jet boosters to prevent his fall and safely back on track. 3. Mistakes he made that made him feel down due to his cockiness is soon a experience he had to learn if he truly wanted to get better to be the best again. Especially when these situations got the best of him, those mistakes also helped the others to improve and even gather Intel plus objects to further assist their quest. 4. In Acceleracers as said by others, without practice to help further his skills or even knowing situations in his car and the track, it can lead to casualties. Especially when he was having fun, he never experienced on how dangerous the drones really are when he first encountered them years ago. Leading him to not realizing they were more dangerous and soon got him to at least focus a bit more to race to win. 5. Point of Vert able to keep up with Gelorum was that he is able to learn the ways to race in each track plus to show the point of view of Cat and Mouse. He is the Cat that preys for the Mouse which is Gelorum. To show he is learning from her what she is doing and how he can counter it with skills
Interesting conclusion In my personal opinion, Vert is just simply young and inexperienced but he is very adaptable(thank you comment) and is amazing when his mind is fully focused. However when he isn’t giving 100% he kinda blows. He is essentially a clutch driver lol.(unintended pun) So I’d put him as a 4/5. If I were to choose a driver to race in a realm I would choose the likes of Taro, Kurt, Tork and Karma due to their experience and consistency. Would like to see a video on how good of a driver Mark Wylde could have been if he was not so focused on his brother etc. Due to him being selected for the least realms and him being pretty young like Vert also. Cause Wylde took out his teammates more than he took out drones lmaooo

what? he wasn't jealous of nolo, he was calling out nolo's bs. nolo was a horrible team leader who: didn't listen to any teammates input. brash and was trying to crash tork in the VERY FIRST race we see him in and only focused on getting revenge on tork for like 3 movies. thinks "nothings more important then the teku" a phrase he actually said despite never taking input from anybody. like I'd be pissed he's team leader too, at least kurt was a circuit racer, has more experience, and is a bit more level headed too. verts is arrogant but I doubt he's jealous, to me his frustration at the beginning of ignition was completely justified(which btw he never showed again). nolo's good but he got issues that don't really make him a good team player let alone a leader.
I love how you listing the times Vert’s proven himself syncs into Vert and Jack’s conversation. But in my opinion, he’s just too confident. When he’s level headed and cool, we saw how well of a driver he was, in the first leg and (albeit not very much skilled) some of the water realm. I think the BF5 Vert Wheeler is a good representation of what Vert could be if he wasn’t cocky. And I also think that, yes, the jump jets carried Vert quite a bit, they aren’t very easy to use, and even harder to do reliable maneuvers with. Like what we saw from the desert leg, most of the Wave Rippers couldn’t operate the jump jets very well.
The thing that bothers me about him is that both times he “won” it was because something happened so he was the only human racer to make it to the end, in world race, it was because of gelorum’s interference, and in acceleracers, he was the only one left to race gelorum
I guess vert as a mirror image to Jeremy Mayfield a very talented and lucky Nascar driver who threw hands even with Dale Earnhardt Sr he didn't care but after the switch to Everham he sorta just washed up until 2004 or 2005 where he managed to make the chase
As you said when you mention the ultimate challenge wheel it always actually markie because of him going 159 mph and one of his nitrox tanks came loose and exploded making the wheel spin faster
I’m high asf…. What if Vert is just in the right place at the right time during the RIGHT moment…accidentally. All those times he should’ve died..he lived. Thank god he’s a wave ripper
I still do think, that Vert was just lucky in WR (even with Skill and Talent) Kurt blocked the Road for 32 Drivers (out of 35) Dan also lost the Race, thanks to the racing Drone Vert only won, because Kurt made a bad decision by trying to show off
Vert does spam his jets a lot but remember that he has no real racing experience prior to Acceleracers and World Race cause he was 16 and such plus he joined a Racing Gang which does street racing which doesn't do much for you when the roads given are straight lines with little to no consequences unless if it rained, but that never showed much consequence anyways. He just uses what little resources he is given and what he knows. We know he raced in Storm, Swamp, Water, Cavern, Lava, Junk and Ruins realm while the others did the others due to his absence and Injury so he can only ask what the realm was like and put said details into imagination. In the World race he was beaming with talent and even though using boosters all that much, it represents what Wave Rippers are, their creativeness and bold actions to take the win and in Acceleracers, his ego got the better of him and as I said about the Teku being a Street Race gang, his talent and skill decides to take the leap and his ears became deaf to advice. Taro and Kurt only kept their skills cause they are pros in actual racing, Wylde somehow as well since it shows how good he was despite holding hate to Kurt. Despite only having the basics down, he can still pull of good courses and if he let's go of his ego, he can pull of to be one of the best drivers as it was shown in the Water Realm, his ego got the better of him and crashed while the Junk Realm, he thought about how to get past the steel swinging balls by the Apex. Despite his fumbles, Vert CAN win with more than 1 trick if his head is on completing the track than thinking "Nah, I'm better than everyone"
I just want to add to me it feels kind of unfair to hold the storm realm against him, everyone even the undeniable top tiers of taro abs karma got wiped out, the entire point of that realm was to show audiences how out of depth they were
Vert was lucky in hw35 . He has skill but in racing skill only gets you so far. luck is needed in situations when your evenly matched or at a disadvantage and having great skill improves those luck factors.

Vert drives better when he's doing it for others and not himself, the ending of World Race and Acceleracers proves this

Vert does spam his jets a lot but remember that he has no real racing experience prior to Acceleracers and World Race cause he was 16 and such plus he joined a Racing Gang which does street racing which doesn't do much for you when the roads given are straight lines with little to no consequences unless if it rained, but that never showed much consequence anyways. He just uses what little resources he is given and what he knows. We know he raced in Storm, Swamp, Water, Cavern, Lava, Junk and Ruins realm while the others did the others due to his absence and Injury so he can only ask what the realm was like and put said details into imagination. In the World race he was beaming with talent and even though using boosters all that much, it represents what Wave Rippers are, their creativeness and bold actions to take the win and in Acceleracers, his ego got the better of him and as I said about the Teku being a Street Race gang, his talent and skill decides to take the leap and his ears became deaf to advice. Taro and Kurt only kept their skills cause they are pros in actual racing, Wylde somehow as well since it shows how good he was despite holding hate to Kurt. Despite only having the basics down, he can still pull of good courses and if he let's go of his ego, he can pull of to be one of the best drivers as it was shown in the Water Realm, his ego got the better of him and crashed while the Junk Realm, he thought about how to get past the steel swinging balls by the Apex. Despite his fumbles, Vert CAN win with more than 1 trick if his head is on completing the track than thinking "Nah, I'm better than everyone"

I just want to add to me it feels kind of unfair to hold the storm realm against him, everyone even the undeniable top tiers of taro abs karma got wiped out, the entire point of that realm was to show audiences how out of depth they were

Vert was lucky in hw35 . He has skill but in racing skill only gets you so far. luck is needed in situations when your evenly matched or at a disadvantage and having great skill improves those luck factors.

On the water karma enable his pride to go up so he didnt listen to her what she was saying and crashing soon after bur the fact of controlling the car to perfection on water at landing and going perfect at the end part until that it show more skill the fact that soon after he gets his good old f ups just after his skills shows up we need to see the real talent and skill he shows all movie and the boosters they are there for last save moments and thats that he use them only on moments that he doesnt really can save himself from driving cuz he was falling or on the crusher or literally on a speed that he cant dodge and we could say the same for taro and his use for the plower or the metal body he uses it on almost every realm

I mean let’s be real I wish the ultimate race would have been executed with every driver from all teams in order to actually see who was really the best because I think it would’ve been Taro if Vert wasn’t protected by plot armor and it came down to pure skill

@@sabo6331 Okay but the long pathway to the Portal of the World of Accelerons only fits 2 racers and it logically only makes sense 2 are supposed to be there, not 3 or even 4 then 1 is supposed to race against someone, plus 1 driver must have AcceleChargers in their Car.
